I'm a DoorDash driver. This restaurant refuses to give us the order until we have confirmed in the DoorDash app that we have picked up the order. I can't do that until I have the order.
The old lady who works at night in the drive-thru is so incredibly rude about this and told me I "would be out of a job" and insinuated that I'm a thief.
I placed an order - breakfast sandwich with no egg after I placed the order I reiterated no egg she replies yeah I heard you if it had an egg she said there would be an E on the screen like how the hell would I know that I don’t work at Burger King and why do I care? I just want to make sure my food is correct like you don’t have to be rude 8 AM if you don’t like your job, don’t work there no one is forcing you to flip burgers.
Waited in line for 20+ minutes, had to end up coming inside. Once I walked in the manager on duty this evening 01/16 at 4:40 was arguing with employees to pay attention to tickets and they wouldn’t have 20 minute ticket times, and employees were disrespectful as can be back to her. Checked my bag and had missing items also was told “I hope there’s no lettuce, I didn’t make them” by the manager on duty when I asked if they had no lettuce. Moral of this story I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. After getting home my wraps were made so sloppy they aren’t even appetizing. Straight in the trash. Waste of time and money.
This burger king is for sure an outlier compared to other burger kings. Good service, friendly employees and it's very big. Big open concept for Burger King.
It is truly one of the fast food restaurants that is pretty consistent about food quality. Also is a great place for kids to be kids and play at. Overall a pretty clean place. Have had a few items be "cold" but still go back and eat there.
I wouldn't even give that many stars if possible! I was the ONLY person in the drive thru early morning probably around 430 I ordered one sandwich and I sat there for over 25 mins and still never got my order I ended up leaving because I waited to long for one sandwich and I had to go to work!
It was good service inside, however, the portions have become so small it’s better to just make it at home.
The impossible whopper was actually hot. The cheese was melted and LOOKS (sorta) like the one on the menu. I understand the photo doesn't do it justice, but trust me, it was delicious. This is so beyond rare. I've had many beyond burgers from BK, and this is definitely the best. Seriously, dont trust the low ratings. 5⭐️
