Bought 4 big fish 15 mints ago .came home and when ready to eat one Barger don't have fish in it .
We got burned patties in my burger, which we cannot eat at all.Just throwing them in trash. Felt like waste of money and no food to eat. Do not want to buy ever again from burger king. Although this happened to me first time... I used to be a regular at BK
This burger king hit it on the spot. It's going on 3pm on a Wed and I ordered my usual double whooper and fiery nuggets. They let me know it was whopper Wednesday and upgraded my sandwich to a meal and swapped out the fries for me since I don't eat potatoes. To my surprise the order was totally correct and the fiery nuggets actually had fiery sauce instead of the darn buffalo sauce that they sometimes use to fool us with. The food was fresh, hot, flavored, and spicy and the staff on this shift went above and beyond. I spent $10.05. Haven't been this happy with BK for atleast a year. Keep it up!!
On the way, late hours decided to grab some quick food pulled in to drive through and ordered a standard classic chicken sandwich. The order was taken, and as I pulled to the window, the food was ready, The burger was very subpar and not even matching to Bk standards. This place is on Dekalb Pike in 202. They have plenty of parking, and I haven't visited inside to review ambiance and cleanliness.
Oh my goodness....... what is going on at this BK? I walked in the morning on Sat around 9:15AM and zero customers. There was zero staff st the front so waiting close to 5 min before I started trying to get attention from anyone. After 3rd attempt finally got someone and the lady emerged from the back on her phone. No apologies, no response, and no customer service. I ordered #1 large and WTH....sandwich was not warm, breading was drying out stale, and tots were also not warm. Extremely disappointing encounter, visit, and quality of food. Only thing that was good and consistent was the soda. Ugh........great way to start the day.
Burger is tue BEST fast food out their. Its tasty and reasonably priced. Oh and the manager here, Geniuinly a nice man. Gotta love BK.
Would have been very nice if a roach didn’t crawl out my bag .. thanks for the refund even tho the management said it wasn’t from them
I waited at the counter to order and no one bothered with me. Wawa was happy to wait on me!
