I had a Burger King coupon that expired on March 31, 2024 & they would not accept it there ON March 31, 2024 because they said it was EXPIRED! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, but I left & went elsewhere (another Burger King) where they not only accepted my coupon, but I got a free dessert at that restaurant also.
We usually go in the evenings, after 7p.m. It’s always clean, the staff is always friendly and their food is really good. They make you feel like they’re glad you came in and also they all seem to enjoy their jobs.

4 breakfast sandwiches ordered. Bacon Egg and Cheese. None of them had cheese. 3 ingredients. I guess counting 3 ingredients is difficult. I really like Burger King food, but this is absurd. Not the brightest bulbs working here. I could have had restaurant food for this price.
Great food but not giving me my change back especially these days when costs are skyrocketing. Friday night at 530 pm it was only 3 pennies but I save them for my grand kids.
They just took months upon months to fully remodel the entire location and when you walk in it smells absolutely terrible, nobody greats you or anything, the mens bathroom had chairs puled infront of the door so there was no access and the stall locks in the womens bathroom are poorly made and don't even close. You physically cannot close the latch on the stall because it was built wrong
I got a royal crispy and fries food was good can't complain
The customer service at this place is truly disrespectful. I went through the drive through to purchase some food for my daughter's to only be met with entitled kids with no respect for customers or adults. Although this has not been the first time I typically give the benefit of doubt. However, I no longer can stand by without finally revealing the poor training and hiring at this location. No one should ever feel embarrassed or disrespected by strangers, especially when you are going there to spend your money. Trust me, If im literally taking the time to complain it's legit. Don't believe me, go there enough times you will find out for yourself.
