usually at the hour I go for my typical Wednesday night ice cream cone, it's empty. I love it, nice to think about things. the employees probably hate me BUT I do get my ice cream cone almost every Wednesday night around 7:30 and the one lady is always very nice. I believe she is the manager? 5/5 I love coming here
EDIT 3/20/24: I'm giving this place another review. Another 5 star, of course! Because I mostly mobile order my Wednesday ice cream now, one of the very kind employees has picked up on my name. It's not everyday you'll be sitting alone eating ice cream when your favorite employee yells "HI [NAME]!" when she notices me. It really goes to show how dedicated she is at her job, and how much effort she truly puts in. 6/5 stars if I could.
Also, whenever an order is messed up (like when I used a mobile coupon for a whopper or an impossible whopper and I ordered a regular, and got the vegan whopper), they fix it instantly free of charge! They gave me a regular whopper on the house and let me keep the one they already gave me.
I don't understand why this place, at the time of writing, has a 2.9 rating. On the days I go (almost every week!) I always get perfect service, and whenever it's not perfect, they work to make it so.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This is hands down the most disgusting restaurant. The people that work in the kitchen are disgusting they don't wash there hands or use gloves to handle your food. I've been coming here and each time I've come there's been more and more signs. Beware getting sick as food viruses are definitely a problem in this place. They don't care about the service they provide let alone they don't care how they present themselves. This place is nasty you will find poop on the walls and sticky and dirty floors. I bet there houses look the same way.
The worst Burger King I've ever been to and I have been to other Burger Kings with mediocre service! No matter what time in the morning I go to get breakfast on the way to work always a long long wait! It seems like a new restaurant that just opened up trying to work out the kinks lol.. it's not even a super busy location so maybe that's the problem or it's usually management so I hope they get new management in there because the food is lukewarm and the wait times are always ridiculous.. And to top it off the people at the drive-thru window aren't even that friendly. Get a job that you actually love and enjoy maybe. Little ???? smile goes a long way..
Yesterday was the third time in 2 weeks that I came to this Burger King and stood at the counter and waited - waited - and waited. A person finally came and said, "I will be right with you." After 5 minutes, I went to another location. If they need more help, please hire them as I am not visiting this location again.
Waited 15 min.( Had my kids or I would have left. ) To place order only one girl cooking one lady working counter n drive thru.no other employees at all. Food got to us cold not right. Fountain drinks no syrup, no tea. customers walking out. Trays not washed, food gets placed on dirty tray. Tables , bathrooms dirty. Can’t blame 2 ladies. They can’t do everything. Owner needs to hire workers or get in there n help run it. Or shut it down till he gets help. It’s shame!!!
So your website says your opened until 12am on Sundays so we drove all the way across town from over by 75th Street in N.W. Bradenton just to pull in & see all the lights off & only one person inside who was not coming to the window even tho I just wanted to ask when they closed & why the website says their opened till 12am! That REALLY REALLY MAD ME MAD! U REALLY SHOULD CHANGE YOUR HOURS TO THE CORRECT HOURS SO U DONT MISLEAD ANYONE ELSE! THANKS! ????????????????
This store is the worst! Tonight, I was the only one in line, the store was empty. No one answered the buzzer for service, so I went to the window. It took 15 minutes to get one fish sandwich & fries, and that's with 4 people working. Attitude is bad. And they forgot to put the pickles on, which i requested. These people are lazy and totally unprofessional. They should all be fired.
I've been going here because they are close by my work. Last 3 times I asked for onion rings I got fries instead. One other time I got someone else's meal entirely. Service can be slow but otherwise the food is delivered hot. I'm just done with not getting what I ask and pay for.
