After a terrible experience with our food that we ordered through the mobile app, we attempted to get a refund. Oh what an ordeal. NEVER USE THE MOBILE APP!!! I was told to get the refund I would have to contact the third party that operates the mobile app. They would not give me a refund even though the manager at the store had approved it. After much back and forth with Asst. Manager Caroline, who was wonderful, Asst. Manager Austin, who was polite, GM Tanisha ended up helping after getting NO SUPPORT from her superior. Such a shame that Burger King offers such little assistance to their staff. The staff at this location is so good, I just may have to give Burger King another try even though I WILL NEVER USE THE APP AGAIN!!! Thanks again Tanisha, you're the best!!!!
The employees are nice, however, the length of time I had to wait, just to order was about 15 minutes. I was the 2nd person in line. I asked if she could please take my order since I had children in the play area. She looked at me, frazzled, (I'm not sure why since it wasn't busy) and then walked away. I'm not exaggerating. She just walked away and stood behind a corner...??? Once I ordered, it didn't take to long to get the food but the order was messed up.
The thing that really got me was 3 of the women who work here all have long hair, one especially long. No problem, BUT they all wear their hair pulled in front! The one young woman's hair literally touches the counter as she is working and sadly the food was well. If you have long hair fine but keep it at your back so it doesn't get into everything!
The play area is actually nice and clean which is a plus. Just not impressed with service and hair!
Recently renovated and nicely done. I don't frequent going inside burger king very often but this was a pleasant experience.
The workers gave my kids the crowns without being asked, food came quickly, and everything seemed pretty clean. Bathrooms and indoor playground had a similar feel.
Overall nicer than I would expect going to a burger king, which is why it gets a ????.
This is a man, the rudest man, in my opinion, in America. He doesn’t even help me when I ask him a question. He says that if you don’t like it, cancel the order and leave. I am still waiting 20 min but no help from Burger King .
I went through the drive-thru, and the order taker and the servers were extremely friendly both while I was ordering, and when I paid and received my food. They also wish me a happy Mother's Day!!!
One of the best and cleanest Burger King joints I've been to. They also have computers for you to browse websites on at your perusal. I don't know if fast food places still charge you for extra dipping sauce, but when I asked the cashier for extra sauce I got a whole boatload of various sauces. 5 stars. Would come back.
Upon entering the restaurant, it was immediately evident that the cleanliness standards were not up to par. The lobby area was dirty and disgusting, with unclean tables and chairs. The floors appeared to be in dire need of a thorough sweep and mop.
To make matters worse, the trash cans were overflowing.
Given the unsanitary conditions and the unappealing atmosphere, I decided to leave without purchasing anything.
I don’t even want to give one star. There was mold on my chiken sandwich.
I can’t even explain how sick and disgusted I feel right now. Definitely need to report them! This is what we are feeding our kids with? Good job BURGER KING!
