Absolutely horrendous, but I think the fact that they have the incorrect address listed explains just how dysfunctional they are. Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru line, when there were only 3 cars in front of me and I ordered my order on the mobile app (tried to expedite the process). You would think that they had my order ready for me and my 2 year old (whom was screaming in the backseat the entire time we waited)… WRONG. They didn’t even know what my order was, which was not a complicated order whatsoever. I ordered an iced coffee (which is premade), a large fry (which they always have made just sitting there), and 2 cookies (again, already pre made and pre bagged). Not sure if there is even any management at this establishment, but there needs to be. It is ALWAYS like this when I go to this location. It’s almost worth the 20 minute drive to the next closest BK just so I don’t have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru.
The fact that I'm taking 2 minutes out of my day to leave this review should tell you everything. Seriously, people get trapped in the drive-thru here for 30+ minutes. This is an impressively bad BK in every conceivable way.
I have been sitting in this drive thru line for 40 minutes. I kid you not. And there is no way out of the line because there is a rock wall to my right. As soon as I’m up I’m taking off and going somewhere else. Never. Ever. Again.
The Mexican cashier that I had to deal with obviously had difficulty speaking and understanding english. On top of that, he argued with me when I pointed out that they got my sandwich wrong. When they finally gave me the sandwich with the correct ingredients, it was cold and absolutely drenched in mustard.
A lot of burger kings are down the toilet, this place however are doing way better. I see lot of old reviews of this place being like every other BK. Horrible. But lately this location and staff are working hard. The food is way better than any other location. Keep at it !
Horrible! This restaurant is running illegally. One of the moms be bringing a baby inside the kitchen and back area of the restaurant and keeping it around the floor for the whole day! This whole restaurant is full of Immigrants, they are also soo discriminating, they don’t hire people other than their own. They don’t care about customer service or even your food, all they care is how to just take your money!
To bad I cant give negitive stars... we have had a few issues here or there but the last few times we went we have recieved nothing but attitude. I have either had whole parts of my meal missing or they give me half of an item(latest example: 2x order of 9pc chicken fries and we get 12 fries in a single container) please if the manager or franchise owner sees this fix your store. You should be ashamed with your stores service. This is how a company looses money and closes
Always a good experience at this location. Food served quickly, hot and properly prepared. Clean seating area is attractive and welcoming.
