This place is consistently slow. It sucks that it's our closest burger king. My husband and I have both gone separately more than once and together the other day. This was for sure the last time. We went around 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. No one in front or behind us initially. We ordered spicy nuggets, fries, mozzarella sticks, a soda, and a frozen coke. We were there for a total of 6 minutes. We didn't get our fries, and my frozen coke was the wrong size. There were 2 cars behind us by the time we left, we didn't even bother to go back.
I first came into this store and I had a HORROR STORY I mean I refused to come into this store, recently it has had a new manager so I decided I’d stop and try it again with my kids. Every employee I interacted with was amazing! I was asked if I wanted crows no food was messed up the store was extremely clean. So if you do think this store was miserable with the old manager. Try it again maybe it’ll be different like it was for me!
They say they are hiring, I apply, I go for an interview, wait over an hour to be interviewed. a cashier interviews me... not a manager or hiring manager. says they will let me know in a few days, never hear back from them. don't waste your time trying to apply. Countless others say they have to same problem, a friend was told they were hired, filled out paperwork, and never was actually hired after buying shoes and pants to start...
I had a server named Kira, she was a nice person. She really helped me because I cant see well and detailed every meal. five star customer service
Hopefully got rid of ignorant manager,she was a loud mouth who knows nothing and your food came out sometimes raw/frozen or cold and sandwich was sooo sloppy and dry we've stopped going..... They need to bring old manager out of retirement Harry had that place running so smooth we'd eat there two sometimes three times a week now zero!
BEST BURGER KING EVER! They have a really sweet worker named Kira and she was very helpful as I couldn’t read the menu. She deserves a raise! GREAT JOB!!
Don’t order from here.. terrible experience. Ordered a bacon melt, received this. The burger meat itself was cold, no onions, very little sauce, literally soft bread not even slightly toasted. I only asked that they remake my sandwich for me to actually be able to eat considering it’s a very expensive meal. They apologized and claimed that “the toaster either toasts it too little or too much that they always have issues with it” this sandwich was not even SLIGHTLY toasted. And she knew that as she took it to the back & I heard employees laughing that it wasn’t toasted at all.. It was just a weak excuse & to not offer a refund or something was also an issue. Terrible management.. I got it remade, correctly just would have appreciated taking some responsibility for the laziness. & also would have appreciated some type of refund or coupons or something as an apology as most companies do when they are at fault..
Went through drive thru tonight was so happy they were open! The lady who took our order was super sweet and they even labeled the bag no cheese so we wouldn’t have to see which burger was our special request burger!!
