This place is always fast, friendly and serves the most freshest and hottest food! You can tell they really care here. From the way the workers treat their customers, to the food they serve. There is care put into it all. Ive been coming to this location a long time. It has a very “home” like feeling. Kinda like cheers. They all greet me by name. And I am not the only person that receives this treatment. Of course mistakes are made, but Ive never seen them not fix it, in a way that makes the customer feel their experience here is a good one. That they care about them. Knowing I can go get hot, fresh food, served in a friendly, clean restaurant in this day in age, is rare. Not at this Bk! Trust me! You will love this place!
I would give -5 stars if possible. This morning 2-26-2024 my son tried to go through the drive-thru at 6 am. The restaurant opens at 5:30 am supposidly. He waited for 15 minutes before ANYONE would even start to take his order. He ordered 4 sasuge breakfast sándwiches WITHOUT CHEESE and 2 regular ones. When he got home and got the sándwiches out of the bag we had 5 NO SASUGE. That's 5 with cheese and egg only. I usually get 4 without cheese to have 1and the other 3 through out the day. The GROSS STUPIDITY and thoughtlessness of the employee/manager is SO HIGH. Not to menchin opening soooooo late, I wonder if the higher ups know that this is probably happening every day. I wonder if my son happened to interrupt their private time or break so they intensionally made the 5 sándwiches wrong.
As you can see they NEVER HAD SASUGE or the cheese would have been stuck to the meat and not the egg.I now have NOTHING TO EAT FOR BREAKFAST. I am disabled and can't cook for myself. My son just got home from working over 12 hours in Beaverton.

Wow how the customer service sucks.
Kid hands are drinks to us and doesn't even know what drinks are what.
Fries were not even warm. They were cold and undercooked. The sandwiches were probably sitting out for a while.
I'm not coming back and yes I will tell everyone I know to not go. The burger King in woodburn is 100 times better.

I was doordashing and placed a mobile order like I frequently do and she told me I couldn't have my already paid for food because I'm working. She refused to help me cancel it or get a refund or anything. She was so rude in telling me, wouldn't let me ask why it ask anything, just repeated over and over that's just my policy
The $7 whopper burger is ridiculous it's a slider petty much. Burger King used to be a competitively priced fast food joint but good lord that price is not worth the portions. Just being honest.
Same as all the other burger kings. One morning, i ordered my breakfast online, and when i arrived ( about 15 20 mins) late the told me the would remake my breakfast. Very kind staff.
The food and customer service at this location are horrible. I bought a whopper meal through the drive thru and took it home. When started to eat I finished most my fries first and then started on burger. The burger meat tasted rotten. I drove all the way back to location to tell them and all I really wanted was a fresh burger. The manager refused to make me a new one and said because I had eaten fries I ate half of meal. She ultimately told me they would no longer serve me if I came back!? How is this kind of service even exist?
I’m reading other reviews and it sounds like this manager is doing the same thing to others.
the guy with blonde hair that is a little long is always there at the window and is so nice to me and he never forgets anything! i just wanted to say i appreciate his work ????
