Don’t go there if “they’re busy”
I went to pick up my order and they were out of so many things! Ranch dressing, which I paid for extras of, and they made no effort to refund or replace the items… I got home and had no dipping sauces at all in my bags, I called to let them know and the guy who answered said “we’re really busy” as the reason they didn’t give them to me: Like that’s an excuse for poor service and missing things in orders. You’re a fast food restaurant, you’re likely to be busy!
He then rudely asked “anything else?”
And I said an apology might be nice and hung up. They’re rude and too busy to get orders correct so I wouldn’t bother going here!
It’s a good restaurant food was fine. Lobby is just a bit outdated. They are short staffed and really need help I don’t know why people are complaining when they workers are just teenagers and they are doing there best.
I wish I could eat here again but for a restaurant that used to have a moto 'have it your way' and only have 1 sugarless drink option is terrible, ridiculous, stupid, uncaring. They claim they have diet rootbeer on the app but i always had to get credited back for the soda via contacting the app because they dont honor all other burger kings that have only 2 doet options. Smh. I used to spend lots of money here in town now I just go to kwiktrip I might as well go where there are options for us diabetics. How is having only diet Coke even while advertising diet rootbeer even legal. False advertisement if I ever seen it. So Burger King is unfortunately never my go to for anything anymore. I'd rather just not go there to be disappointed over and over again. Plus having to stop somewhere else just for a sugarless flavored beverage isn't and will never be my progative. I guess good bye BK!
I tried one BK Taco I definitely do not recommend it you don't get much of anything for your $1+tax. I decided on a Whopper meal for $5 and got charged $.10 for not having fries. (Onion rings instead) This Burger King just isn't what it could or should be.
Just stopped in for a quick bite on Oct.28 at 7pm. Everyone was working hard yet having a good time. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Thumbs up to the team memebers and manager!
To say this is fast food is incorrect. The line or drive thru takes forever to get your food/order. I haven't had a problem with incorrect orders, but when I do go I wait a long time even if I go inside. I don't know if its lack of employees or knowledge or something else, but the only reason I continue to go here is Kasson is a small town or I cant back out of the drive thru because once there is a car behind you there is no getting out of it.
The staff here has always been kind and patient with me. The food is decent, just like your average BK. But let's be honest, you're coming here for convenience. Not fine dining.
