I called and reached out for a manager if able to do some business. I asked a question and gave a simple explanation why I reached out. The store manager didn’t even bothered to answer. All I need is to know if they’re interested or no respectfully.
However, the manager only said hello and after hearing me out for a quick 5 seconds. I got hung up without saying anything else. This is very rude and distrustful. I wouldn’t do business or bother to eat here if this is how the business treats their guest or customers on the phone.
If the district manager or someone higher up that sees this review.
As a manager of a restaurant myself.
You need to train your lead roles to be better. This was extremely unprofessional. How would you operate a business if you’re not fit to even bother to say a simple yes I’m interested or no? Have a nice day?
This Burger King wasn’t the greatest. The staff was not that friendly, and the patty on the whopper was really small. I never saw a patty this small at a Burger King before. The lady who took our order was not friendly at all, and seamed miserable. Luckily we were just traveling though for vacation and will not be coming here again.
Hadn't been to BK in a while but I will say the Whopper Juniors 2 for 5 was a decent deal and quality. People were friendly and helpful and it was clean.
Stopped by during a road trip. It's everything you want on a fastfood place, employees were pleasant, food was made fresh and ladies room was clean.
Placed order through drive through and got the food quickly,and that was a red flag to me since I ordered a fish sandwich which usually is guaranteed to be cooked upon ordering it,usually.This was not the case the one they gave me was about 3/8" thick and smaller than the small bun it was hidden on,now when opened i also found nothing else,no tartar sauce or lettuce or pickles oh did I say it was stone cold well it was it was colder than my the temperature of my drink.I would have thought the quality of this store would have been its top priority since drive through is basically what has kept its employees from being furloughed, at this rate your store will probably be closed for good in the near future.This review is for my fellow residents of Mechanicsville, dont stop at this store ,if you do walk next door to McDonald's to eat if you want to get food that looks like the menu pictures. I will be contacting the manager of this store when it opens on Monday!!!I only gave it a one star so I could post this review,it deserves a- star rating or a f- for their food.
Isaiah helped me figure out an ordering mishap after the mobile app failed to transmit my order to the store. Food was fresh and hot. A++ for service.
Ordered number on no onions. Get home and what's in my burger onions. Highly allergic to onions. The lady even asked again you said no onions correct yes no onions boom.
Veronica in the Drive Thru is Amazing. She's usually there during lunch, with her Sweet Southern Hospitality.
