Foods alright but the staff can't tell left from right some days, and it always seems like they only have 1 or 2 people working there. I don't know if it's a staffing issue but it's been leading to consistent orders being wrong. The store never has anything in stock ever, fries mixed in with onion rings, to hell with anyone with allergies.
There are literally times where they will just outright refuse to engage with or serve customers just to sit in the back and be lazy, this is simply unacceptable. You can't possibly be paying these folks to literally not work. The younger guys tend to get it right tho!
Last night I visited the drive thru for a second time about 9pm after a work shift to order a milkshake and some food. Staff member informed me they didn’t have any. I started to ask if there was normally a cutoff time for them and the man cut me off saying he doesn’t know but he was having the machine cleaned out at the moment. I tried to finish explaining the last time i came around 8pm and it was the same situation and he cut me off again raising his voice saying “ I Dont Knooowww , I dont work nights.” -_____- but its 9pm . He was so rude and condescending i just cancelled the rest of my order and went to Culvers across the street where they didn’t sound like they hated their life and aren’t lazy enough to turn off the icecream machine.
Most of the booths had crumbs and/or hairs on them, and hadn't been cleaned recently. The service for a Sunday lunch was very slow, even when there were only a couple of customers. There were no napkins or condiments readily available inside, and had to be requested at the counter. The bathroom had one stall out of order and one soap dispenser was totally empty, and the floor hadn't been swept recently. Food was OK but not great.
Ordered a bacon melt and there outside bun was not toasted. Looked nothing like what I ordered. Service was fast but I guess if you don't toast the bun it speeds it up. Wish I would have driven to Wendy's down there Street.
This is the worst Burger King experience I have ever had went through the drive thru to order, the person taking the order keep asking what was the order not paying attention and laughing… got home the order was completely wrong and I called to tell them…they seemed to have an attitude that they messed up my order, fast forward I brought the order back walked into the store and a blonde is just staring at me so I said hello to her and she still did not respond just standing there as if she does not comprehend and looks if she is high….and when I tell her I called about my order she still was standing there looking lost asking if I really called and laughing it took for another worker who was sitting at the table to tell the cook what I was there for all while the blonde was just standing there. The blond has no type of customer service and should not be allowed to interact with consumers at all.
This is the DIRTIEST BK I have ever seen!
Lobby was absolutely disgusting.
Every table in the entire place was dirty.
Us and the people in front of us decided to just go eat in our cars!
No ice in the soda machines.

I don't think anything in that lobby has been wiped down since last year.
Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting for the girl to get done telling her coworker a story before just waiving my cup in the air. Asked if we could get some ice. She said she would be with me in a minute. No customers in the lobby or drive thru!
ONLY good thing about this place was the food. The cook killed it. Burgers and fries were fresh and what you expect from a BK.
I don't even wanna think about what the kitchen or bathrooms look like at this place. YUCK.
As a customer, I can't get enough of Burger King! Their burgers are always juicy and flavorful, especially the iconic Whopper. The flame-grilled patties give them a delicious smoky taste that sets them apart. The fries are crispy and the onion rings are a perfect crunchy treat. The service is fast and friendly, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal.This Burger King definitely gets a thumbs up from me! Definitely would recommend to everytime in the area it seems like they have new management new everything best Burger King I’ve had the little wait is definitely worth it!
I ordered two woppers today , one single and one double heavy everything on both. But with bacon on the double O.B.
