They are knowingly serving just soda syrup on machine has no carbonation I told the manager up front and she just looked at me and smiled and said I don't speak English. I'm watching them handle everybody's food without gloves. Our food took 20 minutes and was still cold. Perhaps if they spend more time working and not laughing on their phones would be better service

My bestie helped me kick off my birthday week celebration by buying me a triple whopper and onion rings. And of course we wore our burger king crowns! It has been a very long time since I had Burger King and the food was pretty good. Not something I want to eat on a regular basis but for an occasional fun treat it is good. I saw alot of negative reviews for this particular store but we had a nice time just hanging out eating our burgers and sharing fries. The workers were perfectly kind and gave me my order in a timely manner. It's Burger King so set your expectations realistically and just have a good time chilling. Life is too short to let missing ketchup packets ruin your day or mood. And also, please be kind to all service workers. There is no reason to be rude.

OK I have to give this place a one star because of the cleanliness. This was one of the nastiest restaurants I have ever eaten in. The men's bathroom was a mess trash and toilet paper was was all over the floor. The faucets and toilet both looked like they have never been cleaned. The lobby was trashed all of the tables were dirty the floor was sticky soda was dried up all over the floor. The soda area was a mess and the trash cans were full.

If you want a quick lunch, it might be a good idea to go somewhere else. My Crispy Bacon Swiss Chicken Sandwich ($6.99) was good and so was the Mocha Ice Coffee ($2.19).

This BK has really gone down hill in the quality of the food. I thought the overcooked food we had here several months ago was a one-off, but the chicken sandwiches we had this time showed that overcooking is the standard here. They had the consistency of of breaded sponges burned in a deep fryer that was filled with old, overused fryer oil. The french fries tasted and smelled as if they were prepared in the same oil, nasty.

Better options are in the same area as this place, one would be better served to visit them instead of this Burger King.

If you like BK, avoid this location like the plague. Slowest fast food in the area, frequent mistakes in orders, last 3 times missing at least 1 thing, always something wrong (see picture). When going through the drive through they won't even take my order until the next car has left the drive through entirely. Writing this novel as I am waiting in line...

I'm someone who never gives a restaurant 1 Star unless it's just beyond horrible. This place has to be the Worst Burger King in the State Of Virginia. (Coming from Someone who reviews food for a living and has travelled around Virginia and had food at almost every Burger King restaurant). They never have anything available. People have found dirt, mould, hair, nails, and unexplainable things in their food here. They never pick up the phone nomatter when you call. I'd rather drive 5.7 miles to the other Burger King than eat here. This place is a disgrace to the Burger King name and I've been a franchise fan for a long time. I'll go as far as saying just starve to death if this is the last food place on earth. And I'm being nice when I say this.

I have ordered a couple times and dined in for this burger king and something always is incorrect. It's either they don't add the sauce you ordered, no straws or the food is cold whenever I order. I recently dined in and it was probably one of the biggest disappoints I've seen when going to fast food. One of the 2 machines for drinks is broken and the other one had no ice. I along with my relatives had to drink soda that was warm and had bad flavor. In addition, I witnessed one of the employees drop my order while talking to other employees and laughing with them. I will not be coming back to this burger king after what we saw in our recent experience.
