The employee at the front greeted us and then returned to filling orders. Stood there for 10 minutes and started wondering if it was drive through only ???? She then turned around and asked someone if they was here for pick up (the person was there before us and had to wait longer) and continued to act like we wasn’t standing there and went back to filling bags. The only reason I went was because my daughter wanted to eat here. Now she knows why I prefer to go elsewhere.

The staff had an attitude problem. They wrapped low carb burgers in paper, ketchup everywhere and didn’t even give napkins. When they messed up my sons food they had an attitude about fixing it and the food was not fresh Do Better Burger King !!!!!

Twice in the last year I've been to this restaurant. I cannot give it a good mark went through the drive-thru both times received the wrong food both times. The last time we got food my partner became sick within 12 hours to the point of nausea. Will never go again. The shame of it is I worked for Burger King back in the '60s and it has gone straight downhill since the '70s

We missed the turn in for McDonald's so I said let's just stop at the Burger King. That was stupid cause we pull in to the drive thru and see iced coffee on the menu so we ordered a #1 with an iced coffee. We hear someone say "we serve iced coffee here"? The lady says "we don't serve iced coffee". So we end up ordering 2 S/E/C breakfast sandwiches and a small hashbrown. Okay fine we'll just get iced coffee elsewhere. The total was $11.58 so we pull up to the window, we pay then get our bag of food. The pictures are of the hashbrowns we received for the $2.09 + tax we were charged. Not only that but I tried calling for the next 30 minutes non stop and didn't receive an answer to the phone ringing over and over.

I do remember a time and I didn't think it had changed that the tagline for Burger King was have it your way or something of that nature... Apparently asking for anything without a bun and putting it in a platter is a problem for this location. All Burger King locations if they're not going to take care of customers and make it a pill as an experience should just shut down all together. I love the food but I can't stand the service of most of these locations.

Today was my first time here and probably the last since I am not a local to this area. After seeing all the bad reviews, I was only stopping by to pick up my mobile order at the counter and would take it elsewhere to eat ir, but the staff was so friendly and the place was so clean that I decided to eat in. The food was greatly prepared. Kudos to the management.

I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from this location but the professionalism was there, the food was actually very good. I will definitely be back good stuff.

6 months later still lazy workers asked for extra bacon got 1 piece. Also the employees lack any kind of professionalism in the establishment. I heard very vulgar language being slung around like the n word. I don't want my kid or any other kids hearing that awful word being said as if it was an everyday thing. Also both the ac and the soda machine were broken. Employees were able to give me a drink from the other machine but they barley gave me any ice. Do yourself a favor and go the extra few miles to somewhere else. Better yet there's a jamacian place next door.
