I honestly don't how how a "Chicken Jr. Value " sandwich, add cheese, also came with mustard and pickles...did they get my order wrong? Was there a miscommunication? Honestly, both seem unlikely for an order st 11pm on a Thursday...
Also, this is not the first time this specific location had horribly messed up my order over two years, when I was clear and direct.
Mind you for this order, I ordered two burgers (non-meals) and a small fry....had I not checked before we left I would have not gotten my fries.
In the past I literally only just ordered a Chicken Jr, add cheese, and was charged and never received cheese. (I'm not a Karen, I'd just take it as is because people are human...)
This was probably my 5th strike. Honestly go to any of the Jack in the Boxs' in the surrounding area....They get it right more constantly...like 24/7.... (if I had to compare Jack in the Box rarely gets my order wrong... and in all honesty i just wanted to try something different).
I'm not a fast food eater, but I work service industry and after a long day, just wanted to eat before bed...
So again I never do these reviews, but I am DONE with Burien King Drive through.... I'll be giving Jack in the Box my business going forward...
I ordered a Big Fish Burger. When it arrived I noticed that there was lettuce outside of the burger, so I took the bun off to put the lettuce inside where it belongs. That’s when I saw to my horror that someone had bitten into and hollowed out one of my pickle slices and then put it in my burger!! THAT IS DISGUSTING!!! Who knows what germs they could’ve been carrying or how sick I could’ve gotten. That is a MAJOR FOOD SAFETY HAZARD and they should really be investigated by the health department! ????????????????
Worst Burger King in Western Washington. There are only 2 employees during any given shift - not that it's ever actually busy. Doesn't matter if it's drive-thru or dine in, set aside a minimum of 20 minutes to order and get food. Employees barely make eye contact and often get the order wrong. This has been the consistent experience over several visits. I'd rather pay more for a better burger and service down the street.
Everything online says they open lobby at 7am but they are closed tight at 7:30. No signs so I called and they said 9am. They need to fix their online presence.
Came in around 6:30 pm. Their menu brightness is on high wore my sunglasses to see. The lady working the window literally said NOTHING to me but the total. I was in at the window for probably 5 minutes. It was dark so I couldn't see the burger, I ate q quarter of it before I realized it was basically raw. Paid $12 for a raw burger qnd side patty. The part I did eat was blasted with salt. Today I'm not feeling too well, thanks guys.
I am absolutely disgusted by the service at this location. While I was waiting for my food at the window one of the managers (told to me by the worker at the window that his name is Christian) was walking with an employee while VAPING and it got into my car. It is absolutely unacceptable for a manager to be smoking around customers who are waiting for their food. I completely lost my appetite. I will NOT be returning to this location. I will most definitely be calling corporate.
I used to always come here growing up and it used to be such a nostalgic feeling, but now the employees are slow as hell, the soda machine is NEVER working, the food always ends up late and cold and never made properly; it’s disheartening. I never want to eat here anymore.
SOMEBODY LADY YELL AT ME BECAUSE I SAID TACO INSTEAD WRAP SHE FREAKED OUT, HE DEFENDED THE WORD WRAP AS IF HE HAD DEFENDED HIS FLAG, HE MADE ME FEEL HUMILIATED AS A LATINA BY SAYING I WAS NOT IN A MEXICAN RESTAURANT
I continued saying taco because my intention was to know what it was called in English and she, however, did not share the correct word with me, she just got offended and gave me a lot of attitude every time I said taco, in the end I saw a post in the window that said " Wrap" and I was finally able to say it "correctly" to which she responded "exactly it's a W R A P" NO TACOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with a challenging and very offensive tone SHE WAS SUPER ANNOYED, I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE BECAUSE OF AN ADVERTISING I SAW ON TELEVISION WHERE IT EXPLAINED STEP BY STEP HOW TO MAKE UP A WRAP (JUST LIKE A TACO) I CONTINUED ASKING FOR MY WRAP EXPLAINING TO HER THAT IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME, BUT SHE INSIST THAT SHE WAS NOT IN A MEXICAN PLACE AND THAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY TACO, HOWEVER AS I ALREADY MENTIONED SHE DID NOT SHARE THE CORRECT WORD WITH ME AT ANY TIME, PREFERRING TO YELL AT ME AND HUMILIATE ME BEFORE HELPING ME.
