Stopped going to BK, removed their App from my phone. Won't go here anymore, they overcharged me and neither online nor at the restaurant would refund me the overcharge. I do not trust BK anymore so will never eat here again. I ordered online on their BK App. at the 9100 Fellsmere Road in Sebastian, FL. They overcharged me though. They had a promo if you buy something for $3+ you get a wrap for free. So I bought a sandwich for $3.39. It should be 24 cents tax for a total of $3.63. However, they charged me $4. Not sure why, the itemization just show $3.39, then goes to $3.74, and added more tax, 26 cents for $4. It makes no sense, I did not get any add on. I asked at the restaurant, but the manager dismissed me right away, not allowed to ask about the app, she was rude, indifferent and dismissive, bad attitude. I tried to resolve in online on the App, but no luck. I emailed and ask for a refund, no luck. They said they would give me a $5 coupon, but it never showed up. I reinstalled the app, nothing. They lied and never made it right, and overcharged me and there is just no way to get resolution. The App overcharges, the store cannot help, the App online emails do nothing. It is frustrating. I do not think I will eat at Burger King anymore or use their App. They always make a lot of mistakes here, never get anything right. The place is filthy and the employees are not helpful. Now I need to make a complaint to my credit card to dispute the overcharge and will send to BBB. This store and the BK APP are very problematic and no one from BK seems to care. I guess I will not eat at BK anymore! Adios BK!
I love that I can use my coupons from the mailer and have quick quality food. Try their new dessert along or a Hershey cream pie for a treat!!!
I haven’t eaten my bacon burger yet but I’ve been here a while, first off the drive through speaker needs a repair eventually and they have bad sign placement, I couldn’t see what it said until I came back around, other than that I’m a pretty generous reviewer because this stuff is mostly out of control from the people who work here, I advise checking the app or taking a good look at the menu before ordering
Today is April 29th around 12:30, my daughter and grandkids went through the drive-thru for a quick lunch. This took 15 minutes just to place our order! My daughter was given the wrong order and a staff member called her a thief because fries were missing! The lady snatched it back from my daughter, which is very unsanitary!!! This was very unprofessional when we had placed a $30 order! We still did not receive a $9 sandwich. By this time it has taken 30 minutes and our food was cold and awful! My bread was crumbling like it was old... We will never come back here...
Chris was quick and friendly at the 1st window. Food came out very quick but was fresh and tasty!
If you ask for hot fries you will get the face. They close the lobby at 7pm only drive through. And check your order it will be wrong and cold. Any item that is a JR it a ripoff all bread little meat. It’s time to resurrect the where is the beef.
Possibly the worst customer service ever. We went through the drive-thru for a small order. The voice in the speaker was harsh and rude but not totally unexpected. When we arrived at the window, we witnessed this person (not sure at all on the gender) yell repeatedly at the customer behind us ordering. After taking their order, we heard nothing but griping and complaining to presumably non-visible coworkers.
Avoid any business with such little concern as to have this type of persona interacting with customers.
For the first time, in a long time our sandwiches were made perfect. I wish, I had take a picture of they actually look. The sandwich specialist, made them with care. When I on folded the wrapper, none of the veggies, were falling out. Finally, I was able to eat an original chicken, without the sandwich slipping out. Perfect sandwich. My compliment to the store manager. Store was clean. Thank you
