This burger King is horrible. Every single time I go, they mess up my order. At this point it seems intentional. If it isn't missing up details on my order it's missing items from my order. Insane that you pay them just for them to screw things up.

Clearly asked for no ketchup or mayo, they got the mayo right this time, at least.

The employees cant comprehend anything you say. I came through the drive through the girl got smart because she kept asking us to repeat what we were saying and when we tried to talk louder so she can hear she cuts us off and says OKAY in a rude tone we got two original chickens one with light mayo and one with extra they both had too much mayo & the one with extra was soggy and falling apart with mayo we asked for it to be fresh they said okay n everything was still cold we drive home I try to eat it but it was so nasty so we go back the guy takes our food and says okay you asked for extra mayo I say yes extra but this is too much he said so u want light mayo I said NO , extra but THIS is too much and showed him the inside of my sandwich He said okay remakes our order and they both are light mayo I go back in the store there’s no condolences for us having to keep getting or food corrected he just hands me mayonnaise packets I felt like they was tryna be funny not coming here any more I dont even want my food anymore

Burger King in Levittown provided a fantastic experience for both me and my family. The food was delicious, and the service was quick, allowing us to satisfy our hunger without any delays.

What truly set this Burger King apart was the indoor playground area, which proved to be a lifesaver on a rainy day. The kids were thoroughly entertained, allowing us adults to enjoy our meal in peace. It was the perfect landing spot to let the kids unwind and burn off some energy, making our visit truly enjoyable.

Overall, Burger King in Levittown proved to be an ideal choice for a family outing. With tasty food, prompt service, and a fun indoor playground, it's definitely a place we'll be returning to for future rainy day escapes.

I love Ato the manager. He makes my experience very nice whenever I come here. He’s always smiling and so polite! ❤️❤️ It’s hard not to smile when I pull up to his window, he’s awesome

7:12 a.m. June 1st, the bald guy and the drive-thru is very rude. I will never come here again. The door's not open and I'm on a bicycle. I tried to go inside the dining room but it's closed so I walk to the drive-thru window because I locked my bike and he tells me go through the drive-thru I'm like. Oh man so I go through the drive-thru I unchain my bike and then he looks at me like I'm retarded bro your door is locked. I'm on a bicycle. He doesn't want to serve me because I'm on a bicycle man. He's doing my day for that. I'll just go to dunkin' donuts and get the croissan'wich there

I work nearby and come here once a week or so. They consistently mess up my orders, and at least once every couple months I’m stuck waiting 15 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of me, regardless of whether it’s inside or at the drive through.

Update. I realize now why they took so long. They need extra time to burn my bun.

Worst Burger King management ever. Corporate needs to reevaluate this store. Management and food both need to be taught. Management doesn’t know how to treat their unsatisfied customers and food is never made right on the first order and or is always cold as ice. Fries are watery soggy, chicken sandwiches are soggy from the sides and so are the buns. Management made threats for violence against me, had to get cops involved.

I usually order delivery and most of the time my order is perfect. I understand I often order late and the crew are tired. It is nice that they try to pay attention to detail.
