Denilka was helping us. They don't have NOTHING! I asked for the BK Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich at 10:57 am .
They don't have it .She told me there's no drinks and then says , yes we have drinks . I asked for fruit punch she says there's No fruit punch. I even hear her speaking to the person behind me saying I dont have this and that lol. Why are you guys are open?
As you all know how the saying goes, if I could give this place, no stars I would, but since I can’t, I will just elaborate on my experience. I have been visiting this Burger King for the past few weeks for their crispy wraps and every single time that I come to order, I go through the drive-through and I am met with such attitude and disregard that it is unfathomable. I don’t understand why at any point of the day that these women who work in customer service i.e. fast food don’t understand what being manner-able is. I don’t ever have an attitude, i may ask questions about what’s on the menu because I’m not used to going there but each time I’m cut off with a sassy remark. Today was my last day going there; they messed up my order at the speaker and when I got to the window, the cashier acted as if it was my fault. She told me what they had as if I was just supposed to accept it , and then when I told her the order was wrong, she rolled her eyes and went and got somebody to fix it. Then at the second window, I got no discussion at all not a “hey how are you?” Not a “one moment, please”, as they were fixing my order , just silence and then closing the window, then opened it just a little bit, bending her arm out to give me one ranch as if she was so exasperated with my request for one. whoever the manager is needs to do extra work in their customer service department and get it together.
Went here and bought $44.00 worth of food. They were very busy….Everything was in bag except an onion ring. The help was very nice. When getting home the food was AWFUL !!! Not editable… all buns burnt , one whopper had two bottom buns, toppings missing and the list goes on… we were unable to eat but it was 10pm I did not take The entire order back yet it was to late… I saved food receipt and the food. I will be taking it back today to get a refund. I tried calling no answer mailbox full. I have 2 BK’s near me and this is probably around the 6 visits and quality of food has went down. The other one near us we will not go back due to the rude staff. I really hope they review the reviews and take action this time around with that being said this is my last visit to BK sadly. We used too enjoy BK. The pictures are supposed to be a whopper w/ chz and new south west burger.
I haven't been in awhile since moving onto a plant based diet, then remembered I hadn't had the Impossible Burger! It was fantastic ????! I ate in the dining room but still took awhile to get my order. I wasn't in a hurry and everyone was courteous and polite.
The absolute worst, that line moves so slow in the morning. I was in the line for over 30 minutes. And you would think they would compensate you like give you a free fountain drink. Or say SORRY FOR THE WAIT!! Now I gotta edit my review a little more I get to work and my order was messed up. Bro yall gotta tighten up
Honestly trash resteraunt service was disgusting and we asked why was our meal 30 dollars and they said this “ Oh if you don’t know in America we pay taxes “ bc we were Spanish racist people. Look at what we got and look at what we supposed to get.
I read about BK's new spicy chili fish sandwich offered for Lent. The thought of it made my mouth water. My friend Robin and I went to the one closest to her house. The interior looks the same as it did the last time I went inside BK in the late 1980s. Turned out that they offered that new fish sandwich at "selected stores." Unavailable. Ordered a plain old Whopper and a lemonade. They had Whoppers, exactly the way it was in the late 1980s. No lemonade. Ordered a root beer. No root beer. Paid for a cup of water. Place was nearly empty--more employees than customers. Being from Miami, BK's birthplace, I'm still a Whopper eater. Will I drive out of my way to eat one if there's a Wendy's or Five Guys closer? Nope.
My order was made incorrectly and I wasn't too happy about it once I arrived home. I hold no hard feelings, things happen.
