This was by far the best whopper I’ve had in decades. Thursday night 10 pm. Made perfect. Fresh ingredients. Can tell someone actually cares about the product they’re cooking and serving. Great job whomever was on the burger line tonight. There was only 4 cars in line and it took a while to get it but it was well worth the wait.
Whoever is taking orders on 4/17 @ 115pm learn how to talk to customer and have some better customer service! Afterall you decided your job, I didnt ask you to work there!! Burger King please provide the correct size cups as well so that order takers aren’t stating we have small cups that’s it I’m paying for the damn size!!
Just stopped in to get breakfast no signs up telling us that any lanes are closed so I pulled into the open lane. As I pull up to the ordering kiosk I first get the message welcome to Burger King where you rule, which I'm assuming was automated considering the attitude I got after I started trying to place my order and was told you're in the wrong lane you need to move. I immediately left as I don't wish to start my day with that kind of attitude. I'll go a cross the way to taco bell where they treat their customers kindly despite being understaffed.
Waited 15 minutes and Noone would take orders. Other people had been waiting longer. Finally asked if they were not taking inside orders and finally they responded but did not seem happy about it. Order was missing food and I had to go up and ask for it. Place was filthy with gnats flying all over. No onion rings. No lids for drinks. Only posting in hopes management sees this and chooses to improve things. But in light of similar past reviews, management must not care about this location!
Not just the worst burger king but easily the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. I like Burger King and this is close to my work. Unfortunately after 4 attempts and 4 chances to redeem itself, I will not be returning. This place should be shut down it’s so bad, and I assume if other people have the same experience I have, it won’t be long. 2 times I’ve showed up at night but well within their business hours, to be told they are closed. The other two times I got a response at the drive thru after a significantly long wait. The first time my food was inedible, absolutely disgusting looking, hastily thrown together, without any consideration for food safety. Food from the fryer was hard as a rock and food from the grill was undercooked. They didn’t even attempt to toast the bread on a melt. I should have learned my lesson after that experience. On my latest and final visit, I was the only customer, and my order was completely wrong. Getting food I didn’t order and not receiving what I did. Both occasions they didn’t hand me a receipt. I kept coming back, writing off the experience on bad employees, but this is clearly a management problem. This place is a joke. Stay away if you value your time and money.
Ordered via Uber and basically got a bag of grease. It was a busy remote work day for me so it would've been nice to get quick edible food for my kids while I worked. This was so disappointing
Don’t know how you mess up a rodeo burger asked for extra rodeo sauce, which is basically barbecue sauce and got almost none. Yes, they charge for it and one onion ring on it. If the staff doesn’t care about your food, I don’t care to go back to them.
I went on March 10th at 1am and the guy just straight lied to me and said they were closed, even though google says 3am and they were serving two cars at the window. Then while im in McDonald's line I see this BK serving people I'm highly disappointed because I hate McDonald's.
