The west side Burger King has suffered without their manager, Wendy there. The male who mans the window routinely puts in my order, then quickly clears it and tells me he will have the total at the window. He then charges me the cost it normally is, conveniently do3snt have the itemized receipt, and I get the cheapest sandwich on the menu (not what I ordered) no tots and my drink. If I paid for what he was actually giving me there is a 3 dollar difference. Very unhappy, and feel he is skimming the drawer at my expense.
Slowest fast food place next to what jimmy johns was a while back. Took forever, the employees ignored the customers or was very short and unwelcoming. They talked around the customers like we weren't there. Oh and did I mention the wait on food
You would think if I’m paying over ten dollars for just the whopper Atlease make it right… sucks cus I was really looking forward to this burger now super disappointed an the sprite yeast funky..
Assistant manager chris is slow took 13mins waiting outside There's the lady in there I think her name is Taya she's the reason why it got 3 more stars because she changed the horrible experience into an understanding situation,
Update!!! The best burger King I've ever been to the cleanest aswell huge turn around the whole team is now firing on all cylinders,

My food was put together great and very orderly , not slopy like other places it was a clean well done job all the way to the wrapping of a tasty whopper jr with cheese, thank you it was amazing ???? ????
This might be the best Burger King in America at the moment. The whopper looks like it does on the menu picture, and usually tastes like it was cooked recently and had fresh lettuce and tomato applied right before you got it.
Being the sucker that I am for BK, I usually hit this place a couple times a month as I drive through.
I feel bad that they seem to have so much turnover with employees, but they're always friendly and polite and my order is always correct.
I like Burger King and I like their food and every time if we have a problem Burger King is willing to fix it right away they are nice courteous and I would be more than happy to take my my family there the reason I only gave the food three stars is because it's Burger King not Guadalajara's
We stopped in while traveling through just happened to be closest to gas station. Best the Best service and food I have ever experienced in a drive through. We had a very long trip and their overall positivity brightened our day.
