This is my family's favorite BK! Everything we stop here the food is fantastic. The hot food is hot and veggies are cold. The sandwiches are never mangled or crushed. They're always personable and fast!
I’ve eaten here a few times. The food is always good. Orders have been correct every time. My only complaint is that they can run slow fulfilling orders, but that’s just about anywhere these days.
Gentleman that took my order was friendly enough but mumbled and was distracted by his friends in line waiting. Woman behind counter was yelling at other employees who appeared to be lingering on an extended break. She finally came into the dining area and cursed at him to get back to work. Customers were in the dining area while this was going on. First week of April 2024 Swainsboro GA
Food was as ordered and tasty. However, the burger caused a severe stomach ailment the next two days. Would NEVER eat here again.
Cashier put my order in wrong and when she repeated it back to me I had to correct her. I get home with the order I took out the two medium onion rings and one was over flowing and the other was a mix of onion rings and french fries. They also tasted like they had been sitting there for a while.
Family decided to get BK, the drive thru alone took about 20 minutes for 3-4 cars, we then have to park for an additional 5-7 mins while we wait for our food, the Whopper Jr's were the exact same size as their cheeseburger, and the cheeseburgers barely had any trace of ketchup.
The cashier on 10/13/23 was very rude to my mother not only did she get the order wrong the amount was more than menu price, my mother left the without food and stated she would never go back to this location because she felt that she was abused verbally by the cashier. She states that the cashier had her earbuds on and was having a conversation with someone while she was trying to place her order. The cashier rudely told her that she was talking. My mother waited patiently to place her order and when the cashier finished her conversation she delayed taking her order. This is not professional at all and represents hostile atmosphere.
Restaurant clean and crew was courteous. Food was good and hot!
Service was extremely terrible we felt very rushed mind you there’s 4 kids in the vehicle and an adult the lady was extremely rude and was try to argue with us I’m sorry but this is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!!!!
