The lady was letting order sit while attending drive thru- i watched this happen after 4 orders? and then served me a slushy half full. once the manger heard me comparing about it, HE RIGHT AWAY got it handle and gave me AMAZING service! if it wasn’t for him, this place would be going down… thank you again!!
The playground is the main reason why my kids like to go to this location the playground area does get very hot they need better ventilation.The food was decent, however I asked for a whopper jr with cheese and they forgot the cheese which I understand it happens now when I went up to tell them the very nice cashier(Saylor) said no problem we will remake it which I didn’t want to keep the burger I was happy giving it back now the Manager(Dominic)told her just give her the cheese. I’m talking about cold slices of cheese I said this is cold manager said we can warm it up for you I said yes please because what other option do I have he proceeded to touch the burger and I just said it’s ok you can touch it every one else has touched it any ways he then got upset about my comment and ask the employee to remake it. That should’ve been his first response instead of trying to give me cold hard cheese I was basically making my own burger up on the counter. Very unprofessional of his part even the cashier couldn’t believe it. I still can’t believe it. The restrooms are locked to you have to ask an employee to use them which is not very convenient. Also I asked for regular chicken fries and I’m pretty sure some of them where spicy not regular. I’m only giving them 2 stars on service because the cashier doesn’t deserve 1 but the manager needs to do better.
Standard BK menu, no complaints or anything spectacular about the food. Very clean inside with great A/C. Great conditioned play area for the kids with tables inside so you can keep an eye on them.
Do not know the meaning of the word condiment. Waited almost half an hour for my order to be wrong and the manager to be rude about fixing it. Will not go back ever.
I was waiting at the drive thru and they told me to wait and they took two cars orders that got there after me. I get they get busy but we got places to be aswell I had to leave without getting my food and was late

New worker got our order wrong, and it was some how our falt, when being handed it by another worker. Man who has been working there a long time, that wears all black like a manager. Was Ignoring my kids asking for a refill, cause I went to take my other child the bathroom and I saw him standing there, behind the wall, we made eye contact. And he still chose to ignore him, as my son said "hello anyone there, can I have a refill". Place is Infected with flies, hard to eat peacefully. If it wasn't for the playground indoors. We definitely wouldn't come to this location ????
The service is great and friendly. The food is also delicious.
