Best WLM Reviews
This is the closest Burger King to my home. They recently remodeled. I rarely go inside however it is appealing. The customer service has increased from before however there is still a substantial wait for getting your order taken especially if there are multiple cars. Honestly I still travel to a BK further for faster service, however much improvement is noted.
Do not order from the store from any online services if you do order from here make sure you go to the store anytime I order from DoorDash or Uber eats something is always missing or my order is wrong, they are terrible and it seems like nobody there can read. I was supposed to get a bacon king, obviously you don’t see any bacon on the sandwich, they are totally incompetent… so my first review I just seen was left two years ago today I decided to give them another chance, today is January 28, 2024 I just went in there and they have four cars in the drive-through and they have the nerve to give me cold old fries and a nasty burger that was dry and old and burn, I’m definitely calling corporate in the morning, this is beyond ridiculous
Definitely under new management!!!! Bravo to the owners for making the necessary changes I received excellent courteous service today my French toast sticks were made fresh. I was given plenty of syrup and met the new manager who explained to me that the changes in this restaurant will remain at the level that it is right now the Store is clean the workers are clean, friendly and productive. I will be visiting much more often now and not going from Whitehall all the way to Gahanna to go to Burger King any longer. THANK YOU!!!
Yesterday (05/09/10) was my first time visiting this Burger King. Fast and fun service at the drive thru. The team member was friendly, funny, and she made laugh. I purchased the combo # 1 with cheese. The burger was nicely grilled and very tasty. Parking throughout the building. Double drive thru at this location. Decent prices.
It's always something w them! I go to get food on my lunch break, cause every other restaurant in the area is ghetto, too slow and horrible workers that make me not want to give my business to them at all. But I go to get food, and these mfrs tell me.. oh, we only accept card, so if you have cash we can't help you and NO SIDES! Like, oh.. okay, cause I didn't want onion rings or some decent fries to go w my whopper and side of bullish!????GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I wanted to try the newly remodeled Bk close to my house. I will say that lay out looks nice but I was totally confused on why they weren't using the drive through intercom to take orders. They told people to pull up to the first window to place an order which totally defeats the purpose of the drive through signage that people use to place orders. The burger was warm at least based on more recent reviews. So I hope they will step it up soon or they won't be there.
I came in an asked if they were hiring today in the beautiful young lady helped me scan the QR code but then she told the male guy that I was looking for a job he looked at the worker and said I do not do on the spot interviews in a rude way I’m not sure if I want to put my application in cause of the way he acted towards the lady today it like he didn’t want to help me get on line but hey I tried
Do you know why every Burger King around you is only 2.5 stars? Have you told yourself, the reviews are trash but I’m going to take a chance? Has it been months since you’ve had a Whooper? This review is for you.
You’ve worked yourself up, you’ve said I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’m going to the best rated one in my area. You even make it simple for them, 3 sandwiches, all the same, no special additions. And they completely let you down and get all 3 sandwiches incorrect. A complete failure.
As you sit in your car, your money spent, you’ve already driven away because you trusted them. Your woman is trying to console you, saying at least the fries are good. And now you’ve got to sit there with sandwiches that aren’t what you ordered. Thinking to yourself, this is why this franchise is dying.
