I was working for more than 12 hours, so I decided to go to Burger King to order something quick through the drive thru, I ordered and paid and they told me to wait in the parking lot and they would bring me the order. After 30 minutes waiting, I got off and I had to knock on the door because they were closed, when a worker came out and I explained to her that I had 30 minutes outside and that they would please return my money so she let me in. They made me wait 10 more minutes and then told me that my order was ready, I had to repeat I wanted my money back, until someone came out of the kitchen, apparently the manager, to finally return my money. In addition, the place is in poor condition and the kitchen is all dirty.
My boyfriend and I came here a few weeks ago to get some dinner because we were in the area and the food was pretty good neither of us had any complaints. We had ordered ahead through the app and our food was made in a pretty quick timely manner which was a plus. The restaurant as a whole was very nice too and clean and the staff was nice too. Would go back again in the future
Omg I shld have looked at the reviews before driving here. The drive though took too long and when I decided to go inside the wait was long. No one greeted us no sorry for the wait, they just looked like with no emotion or care.
I asked if I had to wait for my fish he said 2 seconds. I can see why. Never again. They either need to get it together or close down!
Very worst I ordered a 8 pieces chicken nuggets 2 packs. From drive thru after coming back home I opened I felt very such bad smell coming from nuggets and totally throwing to trash. I felt very bad. I have never faced this experience with onther locations.
Awful location. I have had frequent issues at this store and they often take a really long time to prepare food and often get it wrong.
Today was particularly bad. Placed a mobile order and made way to the store drive thru. We were then the fifth car directed to pull into spots to wait our food. Three more cars came behind us and also directed to park. 25 minutes after we placed the order, had to go inside to ask where the food was. It took 30 minutes from order to getting the food. When asked what the problem was we were told they were busy. 8 customers equals busy here while I can see car after car getting through the McDonals drive thru down the road.
This is the last time we will ever visit this location. This is repeat bad service, for mediocre food. I don’t know how this location stays open. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Go to the Wendy’s across the street.
Very good experience here. The manager guy Jahmir told me they were developing new people and under new management. I told him I never experienced a drive thru so fast and the food to all be correct and taste great and be fresh. Definitely recommend coming back I’m so glad my wife convinced me to come get Burger King today definitely coming back to this location and for them to also say I rule and give me a crown was catchy and funny really made my day and my 2 children.
Nice and clean good customer service food was hot and fresh. The store has really come along way. I’m loving a new management team. They are so much nicer.
This is the second time I tried this locations drive thru. By far the worst experience ever in ordering fast food. It took about 20 minutes to get to the order window with 1 car in front of me. When I do get to the order nothing. I say "hello" and a girl comes back and says a few minutes. 10 minutes later nothing. I say hello...the girl comes back and says a few more minutes. I leave 3 cars are sitting at the check out window. 2 trips in 3 weeks and identical experiences. Worst drive thru service ever in fast food.
