I always order my Burger King food on my app. Today I ordered when I was in Northampton and the App placed my order in Sturbridge mass. I tried to cancel it on the app and could not. I went into the store in NorthHampton and the manager Hector was amazing. He said to call the store in Sturbridge and cancel the order and I will make it for you here. They did not answer in Sturbridge and Hector tried as well. he was amazing and That is why the Burger King in NorthHampton is so successful and warm and unbelievable. I wish there were more Hectors out there at the different other stores that I visit. He is a superb customer service liaison, gentleman and manager.
The drive thru line was obnoxiously long, I waited over half an hour, the food service was slow, when we got our order the food was cold. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, bad management, or a combination of both but please get it together! I used to frequent this restaurant but now I'm not entirely sure when or if I will go back, this is a reoccurring issue that happens roughly one out of every two times I've gone there over the last 2 months and the food quality is tail spinning as well.
I ordered BK king and this is what I recieved. Anyone who enjoys the BK king knows that this is nowhere near what it's supposed to look like. I went back and asked for a refund and the manager truly was not going to give me a refund without my receipt. The cashier did not give me a receipt therefore I didn't have one. The amount the manager refunded me wasn't even the amount I paid and when I mentioned it she said there was nothing she could do without a receipt
Quite possibly the best managed fast food restaurant in the state. Staff is so notably polite and I have never had an incorrect order from here. 10/10
Food is fresh everything to perfection not like the holyoke one prefer to go to North Hampton Burger King always over the holyoke one
I don’t often write reviews. I decided to visit the drive thru during rush hour and it was well managed. Just wanted to shout-out Gabriel at the window - for such a small interaction, you made my day! Thank you for being an awesome person.
I didn't like anything there I was just with someone who wants to eat at burger king. So while I was there I decided to try something out besides the fish sandwich I used to get 10 years ago. I decided to go with something small so I ordered chicken fries. Just out of curiosity but guess what, they were just setting there getting old because as soon as i ordered my order is already made. Overall i wouldn't order anything from there again especially the chicken fries.
Food is good, fresh veggies on your burger. The only way I can afford to eat there is with a coupon ????
