This location has gone easy down hill the last year or so. It takes so long to get even a small order. Every single employee is curt at best, which I get, I've worked retail, but a lot of time they're unreasonably rude. I've shown up to have the drive thru blocked and doors locked 2 hours before close. I hate coming here but I do once in a while since there are not very many options in the area. However, this last order has ended even that for me. I get they're just wraps but really? Really wish we had just gone to Arbys instead.
During my recent visit to Burger King, I observed certain areas regarding cleanliness. While the overall dining area was adequately maintained, I noticed some tables exhibiting remnants of previous patrons' meals, requiring a more thorough cleaning regimen. Additionally, there were instances of minor spillages on the floor, contributing to a slight compromise in the ambiance. Attention to these aspects would enhance the dining environment and elevate the overall experience for patrons.
They took forever in store. It wasn’t busy, yet a line was forming because everyone had their order taken but not their food given. A customer came back in and told them they had forgotten something, and as he left, he informed all customers that the employee he conversed with just put the sandwich he brought in from outside on our tray(we were the only ones eating in). I confronted the employee to see if this was correct; she got in a screaming match with me. If she knew it was incorrect, she wouldn’t have gotten so offended. Her screaming just made it look more true.I had to rearrange the vegetables so they could actually be on the sandwich; and the patty was dry and cold. Lying, dirty, unsanitary, rude employees frequent this establishment.
Came in at 11, I got an impossible whopper MEAL, and an 8 pc nugget. There was no fry in the bag, and the impossible whopper was burnt to a crisp, it was literally like eating a burger that was left in the fridge for 2 years and reheated. I basically paid $15 for 8 nuggets because that’s all I could eat. I’m completely disappointed and disgusted. I honestly hope I never have to come back to this Burger King ever again.
Took over half an hour to get through the drive thru and my order was wrong. I would have left at the 15 min mark except that they have one of those drive-thrus where when you get in you can’t get out. Seriously do not come here unless you have like 40 minutes to spend getting mediocre food.
I'm just wondering if the owner is aware that their employees are keeping the lobby closed and doing drive thru only on a Friday at 12pm probably the busiest time of the week. I order ahead of time so that I don't have to wait 30 minutes in a drive thru. Then I drive all the way there just to discover that it's drive thru only. This is not acceptable. I hope the owner isn't aware of this behavior so I'm informing them here.
What's up w Burger King's? They all take forever. This one was no different. 20 min w 2 people in drive thru...but I'm not done there. Food was terrible and I got food poisoning and throwing up all night tonight. So I paid $13 for 2 burgers. No fries..why? Because they said they had no fries. They also said they had no tomatoes, no lettuce, no onions, and other items. When I got the whopper it was a burger on a bun w ketchup. That's it. The whopper jr. The same and it tastes awful. $13 for w bad burgers on buns w no toppings which made me sick. I asked well why no lettuce, onions, onion rings, tomatoes, toppings,fries, etc and she said yeah he didn't order things this day. Isn't there supposed to be a standard amongst all bks? Never again. I'm done going to bks. This was pathetic though. Only the drive through was open to serve spoiled meat on a bun.

Sat at the menu board for 20 mins. Sat at the window for 12 mins. I know because my songs were playing and I added up the time. Ordered four cheeseburgers. As I type this I’m still waiting.
Looking around though I see people walking inside and talking. Zero sense of urgency looking through
