1 star only because you have to leave at least one. I’ve been here 2 times in three weeks. Employee at the drive through both times I’ve been absolutely no people skills and rude. If you don’t want to work in customer then you need to find other employment. Food both times dried out sausage, cold, cheese didn’t even melt and hash rounds cold.
The drive through was broke. Cold chicken fingers. Microwaved burger. No salt, pepper, or ketchup for the fries and nobody asked either. The parking lot looks run down and dirty. The grass is not being cut. Looks run down.
I made a online order on app around 8:15pm. I get to restaurant and cashier didn't even ask my order but stated all they had was burgers. I had ordered a whopper, chicken sandwich and nuggets. I pull up to the window and she stated that they were now out of chicken sandwiches but she would swap it for a burger. Everything I come here it's a issue. Lazy crew who doesn't want to cook anything after a certain time. You hclose at 10 so why stop cooking at 8??? Place is going downhill
How are yall gonna advertise a drink you don't even have the machine for. I wanted to try the new cotton candy drink with cold foam, which they have on the menu at this restaurant, and the lovely employee informed me they didn't understand why it was advertised because they don't have the machine to even make it. Really Burger King? False advertisement. It's not even on the employees at this point its on whoever decided it was okay to put a drink on the menu yall can't make at this specific burger king.
I frequent the same Burger King! The food is always hot and prepared just the way I like it! No ketchup, mayo, or mustard. Heavy tomato , onions, and pickles. The customer service is always really good and pleasant!
Extremely disgusting this place needs health department unexpected visit THERE IS NO WAY THEY SHOULD BE OPEN YES the have MICE and roaches if you have eaten here there has been mice droppings all over your bread AND FLIES ALL OVER YOUR FRIES nothing is ever cleaned employes don't wash hands they are rude mouthy and not to mention the SHADY dealings going on out the Back DOOR RIP OF THE COMPANY MUCH $$$$
Drive thru gentlemen was absolutely rude! On his phone the whole time and not worried about getting food out in a timely manor. Soda all down the sides of the cups, forgot to give me my change and due to him being on the phone. So I went inside to ask for cooperates number and the women with pink hair told me that she's the manager and there is no cooperate number and no bosses number. So apparently no one is running that place. Manager was very rude and didn't seemed concerned with the boy being on his phone while working. NONE of them were wearing gloves while loading the bags. Absolutely worst fast-food place in dinwiddie!
The inside dining closes early. I went through the drive thru, it was 9:44pm. They said they were closed. I said don’t you close at 10 ?? They said they had too many customers to make food for. They then said we are out of meat. I said how about a chicken sandwich ?? After they said they were out of chicken, I attempted to order just an order of French fries and a drink. They said they were out. Who ever is leaving these friendly staff comments must work for Burger King. I highly recommend not eating or supporting this particular business.
I have yet to see any type of explanation or apology for the employee actions. I see management doesn’t care about there reputation or the customers.
It’s either eat here or Hardee’s or McDonald’s up the road.
