chicken dry, fries cold, food wasn’t prepared how my daughter wanted and the customer service is trash. This place use to be on point, now the kids don’t make the food fresh. Unless you complain & only when it’s convenient to them, only thing fresh are fries and that’s rare.
This is definitely one of the best places to get burger king in the area for the right reasons The manager Miss gonzalez had the best service she also is bilingual and she provides fast and hot food ready to eat and enjoy. The kitchen staff was the best as well made the customers feel welcomed and it felt like home the way they treated us 10/10 food and service give these guys a raise.
The employee clocked in and did not wash her hands, just went straight to work. Another employee at that same time was not on the clock. She went around the counter in regular clothes, did not wash her hands, and began getting her own food. When she reached in the fries with the fry scoop, with dirty hands my husband could not take it anymore and asked for our money back. All the manager could say was "I was not up in the front." Yet she let the lady employee clock without washing her hands.They both became rude. Just do not eat there for you and your children's safety. Way too many germs out. I will never eat there again.
Took long to have someone take your order. Even longer wait for your food. Hamburgers didn't taste right. The dining area was dirty - Tables not cleaned off and FF's all over the floor. Think it will be a while til we go back.
This burger king is a disappointment. I was hoping for a nice meal and experience, but it is rather difficult to enjoy food at a restaurant with a staff that needs you to repeat your order multiple times before getting it right. The floors were filthy, as if they hadn’t been mopped in a week. The bathrooms were absolutely atrocious, there was urine all over the floor, the sink was disgusting, and the mirror was covered in gunk. I will not be returning to this establishment any time soon!
slowest line ever! arrived at the drive thru and it took 20 min to get my order in and when i got to the window to pay they didn’t read my order correctly. took them another 15 min to get my order to my hands and it wasn’t even correct wanted a whopper meal with cheese (probably the most simplest order), got no drink and no cheese and the patty was burnt. very unsatisfying experience and a waste of money. better fast food options out there.
Four of us went there for lunch. The food was hot and fresh. The staff was fast and friendly. I got the Quad Stacker with an extra patty.. A five patty burger.The best lunch that I had in awhile. 5 stars all the way ????????????????????
Got my whole order wrong after I repeated it twice. Paid more for something that I didn’t even get. Waited in line for a long time. Sauce was everywhere in my bag and forgot side sauces. Tried calling and their phone was disconnected. I do not advise to go to this Burger King. Horrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would! Paid for food that I didn’t even eat. A waste of gas & money.
