I guess you can only have the food your way. It appears to me. The atmosphere I was getting from the employee's wasn't to appealing but the service was fast and order was accurate. I'm a firm believer in Good customer service, because that's how you really keep existing and gain new customers. That's the only reason why I gave this Burger King location only three Stars.

I was there with my grandson on April 11th 2024 at 3:25 p.m. and store number 1143. I gave the young lady the exact change for my sale. She was busy chatting with the staff never said thank you when we left. Otherwise everything was fine.

I absolutely loooove this place in the mornings!!! I work nights so when I get off, my Friday ill stop for a treat and they have literally never disappointed. Presentation, taste...wait time..everything is awesome! This is definitely the best BK. Saturday morning crew is the best! Thank you for feeding me and being super great. You all deserve a raise. Honestly.

Ordered on mobile no mayo, add bbq sauce etc... they didnt do anything i asked except one thing. How u get an order wrong? Forgot to read or dont know how to i guess. Thats what i get for buying cheap fast food. But it was good i gobbled that UP

I always come here after midnight so I can I only speak for the service after midnight. It’s the best Location you can go to . They never stingy with the portions . Food always packaged well . 10/10 out of all the locations I’ve been to in Chicago, this location is the best one.

I watched the worked drop the drive thru burger on the floor barely wrapped in the paper and put back in the bag and. After told them they need to throw that away it fell on the floor they argued that it didn’t even though it’s on camera

Disgusting, the worst hamburger I've ever asked to try, it was number eight and it didn't even have vegetables, it was just bread, chicken and cheese and the fries were not fried, disgusting. We ordered six hamburgers and it was disgusting. I will never order delivery or sauces again
