Both times I've gone here my order has been wrong. Went for breakfast this morning and the hash browns were disgusting and so dry i didn't even eat them, And my sandwich was also dry and squished.. They really don't care or take any pride in their work. Avoid this location, although most all BK's are disappointing now a days.
First of all, the order was wrong. When I went up to get the right burger the one we ordered was sitting there. The fries were way overcooked and you could taste that the oil they cooked them in was old. The fries tasted like they were dipped in some kind of bad chemical. We went up and asked for new fries and the girl brought them out and just dropped them in front of us and walked off all mad. Just as I thought they still tasted like bad chemicals. The bacon on my burger was under cooked. It has been a half hour since I ate there and I am feeling sick. No one was wearing hair nets or gloves. I can see why their rating is so low.
I came to the drive thru and ordered 2 whopper meals and a spicy chicken sandwich when I went to the window they got my order wrong and didn't give me 1 of the whoppers and the chicken sandwich they had to redo I have worked at a burger King before and I don't think this service is good they don't care about getting there orders wrong they don't care about the time it takes to get your food out the window it's supposed to be 2 min and 30 seconds and they took a whole 6 min then when I asked the guy to fix my sandwich he did but still didn't give us the other whopper this restaurant needs a better staff and workers that actually care about there work
Lady working 04/10/24 night shift claims “shake machine is broken”. 1 hour before closing. I work at a Burger King I know you just don’t wanna clean it. Lazy workers don’t deserve to get paid
Took almost 30 minutes to get an online order for one Whopper. The girl up front seemed very confused and had no idea how to do anything and they were understaffed and I just sat there and waited and waited and waited for one hamburger.
The hashbrowns are never fresh. The oil that they’re fried in stinks. You can tell it’s old, but today they took it to a whole new level. They fried old hashbrowns. They tasted old and smelled so bad. I ordered a combo and a burrito. All the while wishing I could afford to go next door to chick fil a.
Ryley was the manager tonight and was very kind and amazing. Her customer service is top knotch and because of her outstanding service I will be coming back again and again. Thanks ryley for making my sandwich great and not forgetting the cheese. You are awesome ????????
Had a delicious whopper today and it eat great! We love the rodeo burgers too! Very good.
Good customer service at this location too. Got our food in a few minutes.
