It’s sad and sickening that a store manager would be so nasty in serving uncooked onion rings and argue that she put in two small fries when there was one. Very unprofessional and to see through the window how she handle the food and was throwing things, but to serve uncook food and miss food items very disappointed. And at that a Manager with bad attitude! SMH disappointing and sad. $25.65 for nothing… Burger King need to retrain their employees to hospitality and good customer service!
Lady at the drive thru was nice but the crispy chicken wrap was pretty sad. $3 isn’t a lot of money but it’s just sad on burger kings part to give a small portion. At least the cheese sticks were good.
I LOVE this Burger King. The staff is so nice and the food is always great. Good quality and temperature. Their wraps are *perfection*, the melts are delicious and the whoppers are scrumptious! ????
Your staff and the female manager were impolite and did not listen to my concerns. When they brought the wrong food, they did not apologize.
This has happened multiple times, and I will not be returning to this location. I will drive further to a different location, and I will encourage my friends and family to do the same.
I understand that this may not significantly impact your business, but every penny counts.
I prefer to spend my money where I feel valued as a customer.
I can not believe how rude the lady at the window was just now (3/17 approximately 10:30 pm). I have never been treated like more of an inconvenience. Wow, seriously need to check your staff. The girl that works lunch is amazing but I can't get over how RUDE this lady just was. Disgusting customer service skills, if you even consider that a skill. Go find a job where you don't have to interact with people.
The drive through lady is super nice and friendly, great customer service. But a small Jr. combo was over $8! Pricing is way out of control. What if I had gotten a large combo? Other than that, I had a good experience and the burger was good and fries were hot. (Be careful with the fries though, they put a lot of salt on them). Unfortunately, I will never go to this location again because of the pricing.
It's a Burger King!!! Not much to go wrong..
One thing, getting into the drive thru lane can be a bit interesting from N bound 19.
You come in off a side road,, but then a real hard U-turn is needed..

I want to say having that the app at location that I was at actually was sent to one over 15 miles away. Stopped at this location here and spoke to manager and because of the inconvence of talking to a robot and got no where on canceling my order at wrong store,she went ahead and gave us the order we ordered on app. Absolutely amazing to do that. Thank you so very much. Shout out to Steffanie
