Horrible experience first ordered my food through the app. After 20 minutes I went to pick up my food, food was not ready, then I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. I paid for a large meal double whopper meal and got a medium drink, a burger with only one patty, and medium fries
First off to start taking our order in the drive thru and just completely stop is so unprofessional and have a whole different person come help us is wild then when we get to the window and the same black women takes our money walks off comes back and says we have no change then closed the window an leave again like what! Vegas is crazy and these employees should be trained better it's ridiculous .
showed up to an empty drive through. both lanes open. i got told to wait. then they took the order of a truck who pulled up after me. i will never again go to burger king. sahara by eastern. like three times this the reason. i once sat for over 4 minutes with no one in the drive through and they blamed me. im not going back. food was most likely good but service was not even there. 0/10
It is April 18th 2024 I pulled up at 2:30 is 3:00 and I'm still waiting for my food I'm the third car the big boy at the window has an attitude with the customer he's arguing with instead of the manager stepping in and doing her job. After evaluating the situation it look like it's just a bunch of kids in here and the manager chills with them after work I'm officially late for work thank you for your poor customer service thank you for being a lazy boss manager whatever DO BETTER!!!
I've been going to this BK since it opened and I've never seen service so bad. The last three times it took 30 to 45 minutes to pick up my online order and twice I had to back out of the drive-thru and go inside. They need help.
The girl working the drive thru was really nice. She gave my son some oreo topping for his ice cream cone cause she knew he wanted an Oreo shake. She was also out of mayo packets, so she got me a side in a cup.
Very bad bad bad bad bad bad location very bad bad bad workers , they even not workers, they came from streets . They don’t take orders every 25 min for each wait . They sent care about you or about drive throw , 25 min waiting time in drive throw after that I went back to dinin and 25 min , manager shouting stop taking ooorders . Today 03/29/2024 . Blahhhhh take them fired
Check your receipt. They rounded mine off. From Four fifty eight To $5
I called them And asked about this and they told me it was for a college fund. But no one asked me about it. They just added it on without my permission. Very poor business.
