Buns are always stale. 50/50 chance your order will be wrong. Food cold. ORings, fish, and chicken petrified from reheating. Prices keep going up, quality keeps going down.
It has been approximately two years since my last visit to Burger King, and upon my recent return, I am dismayed to report a noticeable decline in both taste and quality. This disappointment prompts reflection on whether my palate has evolved beyond fast food or if indeed there has been a tangible regression in the standards upheld by this establishment. It is disheartening to witness the apparent deterioration of a cornerstone in the fast food industry. With the passage of time, it becomes increasingly evident that a fundamental reassessment and enhancement of offerings are imperative. Fast food, once celebrated for its convenience and flavor, now struggles to maintain its reputation amidst a sea of uninspired offerings. The root cause of this decline eludes me, casting doubt on the industry's commitment to culinary excellence and consumer satisfaction.
This particular location needs better staff. They are always out of something.
Three times I was there and ordered onion rings on my sandwich just to come home and realize they didn't put in onion rings, when i called them they were like oh well we are out of onion rings ... i can understand once but honestly, can't you order more? It's 3 times in one month. Also asked for double patty, got charged for double, came home and got single patty instead. It's not worth the drive to go back but it's frustrating. My kids and friends also bumped into this poor service here.
If you end up having to use this location, check your food before driving away!
I've lived in Beaverton for over 25 years, and needless to say, I've come to this BK many times over the years. I've seen several iterations and remodels, and even was there for the infamous $0.99 Whopper days. But time for the review.
This BK is in a central location, has great outdoor lighting, clearly visible from the street an even allows you to get in touch XXL bike lane to turn so you don't have to show to much traffic down. Both internally and Externally, it has had a pretty recent remodel.
The outside looks fine and clean enough. I will say though, that I personally feel that this parking lot is weird and overly bumpy. But plenty of places to park. I think they could use way more defined lines for parking spots. The drive through is standard and it's set up in a way that it won't interfere with actual dining traffic. The internal dining room is fine, nice and bright, and seating for probably 40-50 people. It wasn't too dirty, but they were in the middle of seeing when I walked in. So there was a pile of dirt that was visible, as well as the fact that they were doing an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the location.
A funny part of this location, is it's restroom signs. For both the men's and women's restroom, they have a funny image instead of the traditional boring image you'd find at most other places.
The men's room was, to my delight, in a very clean condition. I was impressed actually.
The only problem was the speed of service. They were clearly busy, and like most fast food places, always, always, always, understaffed. I ordered 2 sandwiches, chicken nuggets, a pie, and 2 drinks that I could fill myself. This took like 15 min... Anyways, I'll probably come here again, but keep that in mind when visiting.
I had a bad experience.
Because on the website they say they open at 530! and I got there. And I waited in the drive through from 530-6am And then they get on the intercom and tell me their clothes.
After I waited there for over a 1/2 hour. And then they tell me they can't even tell me what time they're gonna open... I just didn't understand why they will wait till 6 AM to tell me that they're closed. I think that they weren't ready to open. And they lied to me.
They try to act like they can't be bothered not all of the employees just some. It's a hit and miss when it comes to decent service there
When you walk in you know the owners care! Very nice and clean restaurant. Good food and caring staff
Y'all I've never had such tasteless onion rings or such dry bread in my life. Worst BK I've ever been to in my life.
