If I could give a zero, I would!! I ordered a Whopper with cheese, heavy mustard, heavy ketchup, cut in half with onion rings and a coke. First of all the manager on duty had nooooo customer service skills at all. She did not greet me, just looked at me so I began with my order. Her shirt was nasty with stains all over it. It was just awful. They had no receipt paper so I couldn't get my receipt for my order. There was no Zesty sauce for the onion rings. They had no ice for the drinks, and the fountain drinks were going bad. I got home with my food and there was no condiments at all on my Whopper. The worst $13 I've ever spent. But I'm sure if I call corporate, they wouldn't care because this burger king is not in a good part of East Point.
The burger being hot was the best part of coming here. Stopped here to use the restroom. The bathrooms were locked. The frozen coke I ordered didn’t actually work. I asked for no mayo add mustard. They still covered my burger in a huge glop of mayo. If it wasn’t pouring down rain I would’ve gone back but they had a bit of an attitude about us needing to use the bathroom so I decided not to waste my time
I cannot believe a cook, put two tomatoes with the stems still inside on my whopper off the broiler. This is ridiculous. Look at the picture.
It is very dirty in there and it stinks. They don't have reciet paper, so half the time, you have to guess when they are giving g you your food or someone else's. I didn't even get my food. I got a completely different burger with no fires even though I paid for fries. It took them 30 minutes to make 2 orders, and then they were rough housing right in front of the customers. It was very unprofessional and childish. Needs new workers and management.
The young teen girl who served me was overworked and damn near running the whole store. Still, she was courteous and gave great customer service. Wishing her success in every aspect of her life ❤️! Great great service!
There is a young lady that works there by the name of Tamisha... Heavy set Light complexion blonde weave braids... Heavily needs training in professionalism...
She is disrespectful to customers, indirectly insults customers, leans on the spot where the burgers come out, talking about she want to leave early... It wasn't even busy when I walked in...
I had a taste for an impossible burger. The drive thru was slow. I was the ONLY person there. She doesn't tell me which window to use. I'm a smart woman. I figure it out. She never tells me how much the food is until I refuse to hand over the money. I ask for a receipt. She says that location doesn't give receipts but I can take a picture of her screen. I'm sorry.... But I'm over bad customer service. Food is too expensive for businesses to treat you like this
Terrible place that play with your food.... Tooo many times i got compliants about either service or employees playing with food they are serving.. a little child/boy was mad he had to fry my fish sandwish and fried a half peice of fiece on chicken sandwich bread then rubbed it in sometype of white powder after frying it/ on top of it was rock hard.. not lettuce and a b7nch of pickles ,I showed the Girl/guy manager and NOTHING. didnt even aquire who did it.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE not even bbb accredited to file an proper complaint... they were happy i ordered on app and they didnt have to refund threw there system.... DONT ORDER OF APP HERE SO YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK ASAP
