These people are so ghetto. They have no sense of professionalism in there and it’s not the base employees it’s the management there. The regular employees are really polite. The management there is just beyond pathetic. I went in there today and made three separate orders for three different people while I was on my break and I requested a carrier bag so that I wouldn’t struggle to carry the Food back. The guy working the line in the front, was polite and gave me a bag and then either the lead or the person who is managing Came around and asked why I needed that bag stating “That’s a waste of a bag he do this every time he comes up here” One time I came in there back in December and I was charged for some thing additional to my order accidentally which was fine but when I requested to have it refunded the manager there (the short and obese lady) Without asking how I wanted my refund proceeded to make a cash refund for me but I wanted it refunded back to the card I paid with and she said “you don’t Want a cash refund” (then proceeded to state the amount of the cash refund).. with a neckroll to which I said “no, I don’t” just the most miserable, intolerable people I’ve ever seen in a professional, setting. Classless isn’t even the word. Super disgusted! Make no mistake though The regular employees are great. They do their job and they don’t make a scene the management there is terrible though. just disgusting.
There is not much to say. The king is here and the king is always just less satisfying than mediocre. Maybe just call it Burger and forget the king part. Although the stuffed donkey says, he loves being king.
I was scared to ask more sauces or any favor to the cashier/sever. She seems to be like she isn't happy there. She constantly grabs fries and food containers with her bare hands without gloves. It's clean inside and good location.
Im a manager in the food service industry and I know how grueling customer service can be but Judy at the drive through window gave the best service. So warm and welcoming and served with a smile. Greatly improved my day. I hope she gets recognized and receives all the raises. Thanks Judy!!
Unprofessional and Unclean:
From the moment I arrived at the drive-thru, the experience was disappointing. The staff member taking my order seemed unprofessional and disinterested. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the area left me concerned.
Suspicious Credit Card Handling:
What truly turned me off was the way my credit card was handled. The staff member took my card and disappeared for an unusually long time, walking around with it out of my sight. This raised serious red flags about security and proper credit card handling procedures.
Lost Appetite and Threw Away Food:
Feeling uneasy after the credit card incident and the uncleanliness, I completely lost my appetite. Unfortunately, the food ended up being thrown away because of the overall negative experience.
Recommendation:
I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting this Burger King location to think twice. The unprofessional staff, unclean environment, and suspicious credit card handling practices raise significant concerns.
I'm not sure of the name of the window waitress who took my order, but she was THE MOST PLEASANT young lady I have EVER ENCOUNTERED at this location. The rest of my day was MORE pleasant after leaving than before I came. The world would be a MUCH BETTER place if we had more people like her!!
Always get my order wrong. I have to always stop to check to make sure everything is there or nothing is missing. This time they forgot cheese on the burger so I had to wait in line for 10 minutes until I made it back to the window. Then another 2 minute wait for them to give me a slice of cheese like saying “fix your own problem”
Very friendly place the first time I’ve ever been here. I saw a gentleman coming in and asked for water and they gave it to him. I also needed a plug to charge my phone in the worker went to the back and gave me her plug. I had the cord but I didn’t have the plug to go to the socket. I need the USB port you didn’t have to do that and you don’t find this too often, so kudos to the people here at Burger King on Hammond Drive .????????????????
