I drive by here often and today was my first time at this location.
Clean parking lot. Pleasant order taking and customer service.
I am very disappointed in the food and the only reason they got two stars was for the customer service and clean parking lot.
French toast sticks were sopping with grease and when bitten into, they were runny on the inside - gross!!
The ham egg and cheese croissant sandwich was soggy, the cheese was on the paper instead of in the sandwich.
I will never return and I am extremely disappointed because I threw out my meal and this is on a main route that I'm sure gets a lot of business and could do a lot better!
There was not a car in front of me there was not a car behind me and I did not see anyone physically in the location, so I don't understand why the food was not given more consideration.
The lady at the drive thru was angry because I asked IF THERE WAS SOMEONE AVAILABLE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH. I asked at the drive thru microphone several times if there was another cheese option besides orange/yellow. She couldn't answer it. I pulled to the window she's hanging out of it "ju need jespect" I said to her I was asking for someone who could understand me and I then proceeded to ask her about the cheese she adds to the sandwich, she said agreed with me fine. I asked then is there another option she says no. I said thank you and left. As im leaving she's yelling out the drive thru. This is why I America is a mess, there's no common respect for any one. She got lost in translation because I asked for someone who spoke English. Never going there again.
The burgers were hot but you can't always depend on from Burger King anymore but they had them totally hot and yummy and the folks at the window were really pleasant and friendly. We even got offered crowns!
This is a great BK. Super staff and service. I eat Impossible Whoppers and they make them exactly the way I like them, even for breakfast! Every bite is the perfect bite!
They messed up our order!!! We ordered a impossible whopper with just cheese ketchup and onions. They didn't make it to how we ordered it and instead they added everything on there. DONT GO TO THIS BURGER KING IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR FOOD MESSED UP!!!! The staff wasn't that friendly either.
When I was there on 10/4/17 I was looking forward to an Whopper but, what I got was a regular size burger dressed up as a Whopper and the fries were so, so. It was to be a treat but it was more of a disappointment. and when I walk again to Portland I will go somewhere else.
Waited over 20 mins in the drive through before I even got to pull up. They are always super slow.
Employees were waayy too loud.. that right there was giving me a headache... & they were trying to charge for sauces... smh.. in my area East Lyme & New london dont.. ffs get outa here..
