My experience was very poor and inconsiderate. I ordered my food and noticed my fries were very salted to the taste and touch. The staff were eating a drinking around the cashier and food. When I made the manager aware of my food she took my fries with an attitude. So I'm watching the guy fix the fries he turns the salt thing over still pouring salt over the fries looked back at me mixed the fries and gave me my fries. Still tooooo salty. This place is rude. And that's a health Hazzard if someone tells you the first time the fries was too salty and, he intentionally adds more. I still didn't eat the fries. I won't ever come here again. These different nationalities come in our neighborhood and care nothing about respect. Just money. I will give them nothing. Aww and the fries wasn't done.
I walked into the burger King to see all the employees in the back sharing a bong. I walked to the cashier and asked for my meal the cashier then said no and offerd me a hit from the bong for $20 I then left. I came back two days later only to see that all the employees had been replaced with new ones. food was mid 5/10 bong was 20/10
The food is always DELICIOUS and served hot. This is one of the few fast food places that has people that look like they want to be there. The manager is always kind and ready to serve. Recommend 10/10
I ordered BK before the Super Bowl. Despite the large group order, the Burger King staff graciously answered my questions and quickly completed the order. Highly recommend this Burger King to anyone in the area.
BK on the come up for sure! This place always has fast service and is a real value right now considering how expensive food is these days. I eat here all the time and have it a part of a my lunch routine!

When I saw im disgusted I'm totally disgusted I asked the Manger who was so rude to me for just some hot fries cause my food sat from 116 to 216 that a whole hour she looked me dead in my face no sympathy and said sorry not my problem I been in customer service industry for 10 plus years I wasn't asking for no free food just hot food she treat me as if I'm begging for free food unfortunately this experience was enough to make me never wanna come back to any establishment every again so I take the credit but she need to be taught a lesson in customer service cause u don't talk to people any kind of way I'm spending my money
Let's start with the pros. The service was good and the food was fresh and hot. They seemed to be preparing orders in the order they were taken and no one seemed to be waiting a ridiculous amount of time (even during lunch hour). Now the cons; they have NO shakes or ice cream (despite them being on the menu). At least not yet. Hopefully they plan on getting that together soon. Second, they just had bags of buns sitting open on the counter between the register and the toaster which I thought wasn't the best set up. They should implement a better storage solution for that. Lastly, I ordered 2 cookies since they had no shakes. The cashier pulled out a pouch of cookies from a clear bin and bagged them for me. They were not only not fresh, but hard as a brick! I didn't even eat them. Again, hoping this gets better with time as well. Overall, I see that they are trying and it is nice to have a BK in the area. I will be back, just not any time soon. I will give this place some time to work out the kinks and get the error out of the trial.
