Decided to come here for lunch like I've done previous times, while standing at the counter I noticed the manager was in the back preparing sandwiches. The manager step out from behind the saying to see the customers that had just walked in and she had something red in her mouth. The manager while wearing the same gloves she had on to prepare the burgers, she took the re ld object out of her mouth, flipped it over (touching the part she had in her mouth) placed the object in her pocket, then grabbed the bag of fries and poured them into the basket to be cooked. I will never learn at this restaurant again. Just nasty.....
It was the best whopper I had in years. Reminds me of how it tasted back then. Fresh hot food. Thank you very much! Very pleasant. Thank you Courtney!!!
This could be, a great store. But it runs with two ladies and the manager. Witch unless the two ladies are up to their necks. Then she comes out of the office and assists them, the rest of the time. Outside talking by phone or listening to music in her office . Bad atmosphere
I just don't know what to say about a restaurant especially a burger restaurant that has no napkins. Cashier explained we couldn't use the restroom because an employee took the restroom keys home with them. She seemed to be a little agitated but she was friendly. She said she would break into the restroom if we wanted her to. But I simply cannot get over a restaurant not having napkins. What's up with that. Burger King is my favorite burger joint. Always has management needs to step up. Make more keys for restrooms if it's needed. I mean I get a Whopper with shoes because it is good and messy. I had my drippings all over my shirt before I finished my mail.
I order from this location because I live on beach street and really enjoy Burger King. The service at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. From closing the drive thru on a regular basis because they don’t want to walk to the register beside them ,to not making iced coffee in the morning because it “takes too long” . The employees clearly don’t want to work there and perform their jobs and whoever owns this location should really check in and secret shop. Poor Service!!!
Sooo... this is the 5th time I've gone through the drive through only to not be served or even spoken to. 6:30 pm on a Friday. I drive to the window to see a worker at the register with a customer chatting, sees me. No knowledgement. I call the number no one picks up.. no customers in the restaurant besides the one at the cashier.. so it's not busy.
Everytime I come here and just want a burger after work without having to get out of my car, the drive through either has a cone (indicating its not available) or they forgot the cone and they still won't serve you in it.
I don't know if it's drugs or management not staffing enough people to mand the drive through but I'm over this and I'm over not saying something about it.
I'm calling corporate next.
Does anyone even work here? I sat in the drive-thru for 5 mins waiting to be helped, and eventually just drove off. The next time I attempted to get food here, again waited in the drive thru forever. So I went inside. There were about 5-8 employees socializing and one LITERALLY doing everything else by himself. I was told "we are out of meat products." REALLY?? I find that difficult to believe unless the store is just that poorly managed. But I could be wrong. It seems to me the staff are simply lazy. This restaurant needs a serious overhaul in staff.
The woman at the drive thru said “hurry up because I’m on a timer ? Like what ? Never in my life have I experience someone so dam rude at 7pm on a Saturday (today) so check your staff because I definitely will be calling corporate about this situation .
