Only gave two stars for the hot onion rings. I ordered a number eight. Which is one of the crispy chicken sandwiches. Bacon and Swiss, to be exact. As I'm eating on my drive back home, I realize there's no chicken breast on the sandwich. Just a couple of random pieces that have no breading on them. Very disappointing, I knew I should have ordered a whopper. Will never go here for lunch again.
I don't like the Burger King at all. The workers are always mad argumentative. The manager is always complaining about the long drive-through, so he closes the lobby, which makes the drive-through supper slow with the service. Sometimes clean and other days it's not. Food can sometimes be cold. I just don't recommend this place at all. I think after COVID, they haven't been the same. I say stay away, especially if you have a short lunch.
Order a whopper meal, double cheeseburger meal and whopper Jr meal with onion rings. Food was correct, quick, hot and fresh. We dined in. Dining area was very clean. Will dine there again for sure l

The Spicy Chicken sandwich was excellent. My family ate lunch and service was quick and accurate. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was nice. Place was clean.
Super unhappy with, who I am assuming it the manager. He was rude to his employees and rude to customers. I ordered online but line for drive up was long so I went inside. I just asked if it was possible to snag my food there (short lunch break with work). He turns to me and snaps "it's not any better in here". The older woman helping him was nice about it. I get that it's stressful and they were short handed but he was being so rude.
Horribly slow drive thru. Paid for it and didn’t wait for food or change it was that bad
I'm tired of being nice. This place is a joke . They have a million employees that work in the day but There isn't a manager in this place with a strong enough backbone to have them work at night or to hire night help. Stop with the excuses! that you can't find anyone to work nights . All the other fast food places are open late. . I came there the other day and you were closed down at 6pm . I can't believe your district or regional manager allows this.
