Been going here 20+ years. Never actually had a bad experience, if I dine-in I’ll wait longer as drive-thru is always top priority. A few times order was wrong, they may have forgotten 1 item but my partner would call and speak to the manager who always replaced it. Food and environment, including the bathrooms have always been clean. I miss the way whoppers used to taste, you can tell corporate has downgraded the meat quality, isn’t the same so unfortunately I’ve stopped going to Burger King.
This Burger King is pretty much the same as every other Burger King. The food tastes the same, and the service is pretty good. You get your food quick, but 50% of the time, your order is wrong in some way. I was literally in the store ordering, and it was even a manager who took my order. We were talking about how the cost of adding cheese to a whopper is kind of high for a slice or two of American. Anyway, I get home open my whopper after I sprung for the cheese and no cheese. The next time I was in the store there was a younger employee I told about it and he rudely said "oh well you should have called the store, next!" Completely dismissing me, cutting me off and talking to the person behind me. He was rude. Other than him, this burger king is meh. The food is decent, but since they can't get simple orders right more often than not, I have to give them 3 stars. I hope they improve in these areas.
I just had to visit and try the meatless veggie burger that I saw advertised on television. To my surprise it has a great flavor and tasted like a regular Burger King burger. Give it a try, it is more easily digested and better for you health.
It's worth coming just to get a Coke or Cherry Ice-e. And BK fries are my favorite of all fast food restaurants; they are just so tasty! Good value for the price. Service is lukewarm (I wasn't greeted with a smile) it was polite, fast, and accurate.
Says open 24/7 on the BK app, is not open 27/7. Places my order only to Arrive and someone say “we close at 12 sorry bye”. Wasted all that time ordering for disappointment. Boo.
I filled out an application, called them 3 days Later and they scheduled me for an interview. So I show up to the interview and everyone is acting confused as if my interview was never scheduled. Just a waste of my time! If y’all didn’t want me there y’all should have told me not to come in for a interview. highly unprofessional!!!
Was asked about what my order consisted of 3 times, and then given attitude when answered. Food took 15 minutes. Was nit given fries, but when called and explained only about the fries, they referenced our drive they interaction. Therefor knowingly did not give me my food. There was also what looked to be mouse drippings in the bag.
Best fast food establishment I’ve ever ate at. I’m lucky to work so close to this place.
