The food is usually fresh. Service is friendly. Improvement could be, to repair the play place that remains dark and locked up. My child stares off into the darkness as she eats a fresh and tasty cheeseburger. The play place has been the HIGHLIGHT to children for thousands of years! Just saying! Hey, they always get my order right ????
The food wasn't done and neither was the replacement. They did not have several items on the menu available that were requested. Had to wait for drinks because cashier had something in the office to talk about, and didn't provide cups. Dined in and got food in bags. Terrible experience. This BK was one of the best in the area less than five years ago :/ disappointing.
I was just there, and Ash is the man; he definitely made me a returning customer. The other dude who is working cash register is pretty awesome, too. Actually, they both made sure I had it my way. Kudos.
Burgers aren't horrible most of the time, they have a better flavor than a McDonald's burger. Most of the fried stuff is usually just bad. Fries are flavorless, onion rings are usually soggy, and the nuggets, chicken fries, and jalapeño poppers have a horrible flavor in the breading, almost MSG-like, it just tastes fake. The wraps are decent, just way too expensive for what you get. Service is going to be dependent on the restaurant. As for the atmosphere, it certainly isn't great, I hate the super modern look that every restaurant goes for these days and I've rarely seen a clean Burger King. If I go inside I usually have to clean the table myself, bathrooms are always trashed. The only thing they have going in my opinion is the Burgers, everything else tastes like garbage to me.
Don't charge for dipping sauces, let's be honest everyone's over paying for the food anyways and you would've received a better review.
This is the third damn time I have gotten mozzarella sticks and they're always overcooked. How can you overcook mozzarella sticks and then have the obstacity for the amount of money that you pay for a small order?
