I go to this location a lot as I work in the plaza across the street. The staff are all very kind and positive. They even know my name, and that I get ketchup in my bag before I even show up! It’s nice to have a positive place to get my lunch from. It’s also very clean and well ran. The best BK in the area!
They ran out of coke but improvised by running out to the local store to buy enough for the customers. Orders were put out correctly and in a timely manner. The dining room and kitchen were clean. Good cohesion between employees, humor, and laughter in the kitchen seemed to deescalate any stress. Located in close proximity to Mill Creek Park, hiking trails, golf courses, and several popular retail stores.
Overall, I was happy with my order.
I ordered 3 burgers plain and this is how they turned out. Completely burned and not to mention it took them over 10 minutes to receive my order and this is what I got.
Such a friendly staff . And they even explained how to order the right item on the app to save me money. They were friendly and efficient . My order was correct and the restaurant was very clean. Thumbs up!!
You cannot walk in, order food and pay cash. Their wall menu is gone. The registers are disabled. You have to use their ordering kiosk and use a bank card. I went elsewhere and will not ever return.
Well they microwave the burgers, and it always takes forever to get an order no matter how big or small..they made me pull forward several times to wait while they were serving bigger orders to the cars behind me... that is my experience with this burger king
I do not belive I need tonwork for burger King if I wanted to learn how to use a register I would apply to work there I let work on actual employees
The two people, the person with the faded pinkish hair and the manager with the freckles, were so kind! They both helped tremendously while we used E-gift cards and a coupon! Our food got out almost immediately. My fries were perfectly salted and the burgers and mozzarella sticks were really tasty! 10/10 will recommend this Burger King to anyone who likes Burger King and awesome service!
