They just gave me the most stale nuggets ever. Paid almost $10 too. Will not be returning. Don’t waste your money here
Drove to the downtown Sanford BK off 17/92. Went inside and ordered something simple, a 2 Whopper Jr deal for $5. changed the order to the 2 Whopper Jr meal for $10. They couldn't fix the order so the manager tells the counter girl to just give me the meal deal at no extra cost. They charged me for the meal deal anyway, then made me wait 15 for the order because they had no fries. And not that's it's a big deal but they gave me 1 large fry instead of the 2 medium fries that should have come with the order. How can you mess up a simple order this badly when I'm the only customer I'm the restaurant and there's only 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru. Smh
While the employees were nice, the service was somewhat slow. They were out of the candied whopper, the drink fountain was out of a lot of flavors, and it was also sticky from old soda that sprayed on the machine somehow. The drink I got didn't even taste like what it was supposed to be. I got mallow yellow, and it tasted like it had root beer in it.
Just got out of the drive thru, the lady who was running the speaker was not very helpful, made me guess what kind of drinks they had after asking them 3+ plus times to get a no when I would guess a powerade they might have instead of just informing me. I ordered a bacon melt and opened it to see that it was completely untoasted bread just slapped on the sandwich and they ran out of the sauce they use which was kind of a bummer. As a former fast food worker who has worked the drive through for years I must say I am disappointed.
It was good, and good customer service... my only complaint is that my bacon melt was missing the bacon ???? ????
Ordered from the drive thru. The lady wasn't nice but not rude either I bet she was tired and overworked. They had to drop my order fresh since I showed up at night. I was asked to wait near the entrance and then I was handed my order shortly after. The food was good and I didn't have to wait long for my very fresh fish sandwich that was made to order.
Place is always sticky. Food was sloppily put together. Not the best bk location.
They wouldn't let my 5 yr old go pee. They kept both bathrooms locked. Bad attitude from employees. Never will come back.
