Food was good. However the soda fountain machine didn't work. We had to request them to get our drinks. They didn't tell us that it only served carbonated water. The cashier was friendly which is a big change. Most of the time they are not friendly. The food was served in good time. The hamburgers and fries were hot, which is definitely a plus!
This isn't gourmet food by any means, but we were quite pleased with what we ordered. The cashier (possibly a manager) got our order exactly correct and everything including the fries was hot! We customized a couple of things and received everything perfectly done. We will be back.
We stopped by around 5:30 on a Friday night. The lobby was empty with the exception of one guy. Crew wasn't busy and yet the place was extremely filthy. Ketchup dispenser was empty, tub with ketchup packets was empty, all 3 trash cans are full, several tables are dirty, the front counter was dirty with ketchup and drink. I asked to speak to the manager so they ran across the parking lot to grab him. He apologized, said that he's usually inside. I reminded him that he should be able to step away for a second and trust that his staff are doing their jobs and taking care of the place. He agreed.
The girl that took our order was friendly and professional, as was the manager. The others seemed friendly, but seem to be doing bare minimum and on phones.
Customer service sucked, very ignorant staff and the mozzarella sticks are nothing like the picture on the menu.
Ordered a fresh chicken combo with cheese and tomato i was the only customer in the store on 05-10-24 and they couldn't fix my order as described they cooked a fresh chicken in one basket in the other basket they reheated an expired chicken pattie they also place a scoop of old fries ???? in the basket to reheat it instead of fixing the fresh fries ???? I ordered i was watching the whole event in front of me they saw I was watching and block path ???? and continued to serve me old product cook wrap sandwich up fast so I wouldn't notice what they did got order ???? open sandwich there was zero tomato and no cheese manager / cashier was informed he put the cheese and tomato on it apologizing but he was the one allowing the event in the kitchen to occur being that I was an former burger King ???? manager for many years I said nothing to them why because I was hungry let it slide ???? this kind of thing happened at an McDonald's seem European employees don't respect American negros by feeding us expired products if I had a half a star to show my disappointed I use it thanks mn
Their food was good I've seen a lot of snobs (I'm looking at you golden morning) giving them a hard time, saying the tables were dirty, just because they had a couple crumbs on them and they weren't even eating there. And to all the people who are saying the food is cold, throw it in the microwave stupid!
This store has really changed. A new manager has come in and cleaned it up. The service is better, new soda machine, and is so much cleaner. Excellent
The staff at the Tooele Burger King is always courteous and they have quick service. The food tastes great and my 11 year old said it was the best hamburger he has had in a really long time!
