I Dine in today around 12:30ish. First off I give the food 2 stars because it was warm and correct. As for the staff well the young lady that took my order was polite and actually said Thank you after giving me my change which nowadays you don’t hear that as often. BUT I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO DINE IN NEVER the place is filthy there’s people just laying there heads on the table probably napping I don’t know, doesn’t feel safe as people come in and out the restaurant hollering. Tables that haven’t been wiped down after customer use with dried ketchup, when walking the floors seem sticky when a soda drink was thrown to the floor and just left to dry.

The absolute worst customer service! I asked for two whopper jr’s with jalapeños. I received two WITHOUT the jalapeños and with cheese. I’m allergic to dairy. So when I called to speak with the manager May 7th at 10:40p she barely spoke English and hung up on me. When I tried to call back, I received no answer twice meaning they deliberately ignored my call. I threw the burger away and called my bank to resolve the issue. The location on Lawrence has NEVER given any issues. I won’t be returning this one.

The most easily frazzled location I’ve ever been to. If there are more than 5 orders on the board they stop taking orders inside and don’t know which way is up or down. It’s honestly kind of sad to watch.

So me an my significant other go through this Burger King drive through an make an order. The first order was somewhat ok, one chicken sandwich and a whopper with cheese and bacon. Paid for bacon but they did not add it. So I ate my chicken sandwich an gave Bae sandwich to a homeless man, so we went back to make another order same exact thing one chicken sandwich an a whopper with cheese and bacon an this time I tell them make sure they add the bacon because they didn’t add it on the last one, so Bae eats her whopper and I save my chicken sandwich until I get home, so I get home an heat it up in my microwave oven for a minute or two an I began to consume it. By the time I was 50% done I was horrified at what I saw, I lifted up the bread an my chicken patty WAS NOT a whole chicken patty but instead two pieces from to different chicken Pattie’s cooked differently than the other. I will add pics I was horrified and felt disrespected. Will not EVER eat here again an also no telling what was wrong with the food so I’m gonna flush myself out.

Very small Mushroom and Swiss melt. The four bites were delicious, but the meal was over in a matter of a couple minutes.

Extremely disrespectful and intoxicated homeless people hanging out and swearing at customers trying to eat their meals. Felt like I had to keep my hairs up rather than enjoy the meal, while the homeless guys harassed various people.

This place is crawling with homeless people it's a good idea to have a fast food restaurant in our area since Macdonald's is further away. But they really need to do something with all the hanging inside and outside of the restaurant ????

I would only recommend this particular Burger King location if you are trying to lose weight or miss a day of work from getting intense diarrhea. Not only that but you’re lucky if they get your order right.

I am a doordash driver. I walked in an almost empty restaurant but it still took 5 minutes to get the attention of a worker. I then asked 5 times for a time estimate over the next 6-10 minutes but they just stared at me and wandered around the kitchen.
