The night time workers are always quick and present freshly made food. The morning staff has 0 customer service skills. 3 mornings the past 2 weeks I've stopped at bk. Not only did they overcharge me, but each time, even though there was no other customers but me at the store they had me hold over 5 minutes before taking my order. The last time I waited 10 and no one said anything after "give me a momment" I pulled off after trying twice to get the drive thru attendants attention. Staff should be addressed. Do not recommend.
The team members all had a good attitude & the cashier told us if we could not see the menu she would read it off to us.... That meant a lot to me because some people don't have glasses that really need them so they can't see the menus..... She was the first to ever ask me that at a fast food restaurant..... Whoever is teaching how to make wraps clearly doesn’t know wth they are doing. The chicken is so over cooked it is like eating jerky. This location also has two windows never uses both and has to drive thru windows but continues to use the broken one and block the other one off. Might as well close this location because over months it’s just been miss every single time by employees that do not care they are just there to get paid.
If I could give no stars I would. There's no time that I've been through here. That's been good.
It's either they don't wanna take your order. They say they're fryer is down It's always something I tried to stopped today They said they're waiting on a truck They don't have food.. They're out of food like seriously. Come on, new management needs to happen here.
Going to this Burger King is like playing Russian roulette but 5 of the cartridges are full and only 1 is empty. It’s usually not a good experience but once every blue moon you’ll have a decent experience.
It is said that all fast food is the same. This quality Burger King location is an example of why this isn't true.
Worst Burger King location I have ever been to. Ordered impossible Whopper lettuce only and was hard as a rock. Tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Tried to call store to complain and it goes straight to voicemail with the box full. I assume lots of other people complaining. Was willing to over look the fact that it took 18 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Do yourself a favor and just drive to a different restaurant. Even if it’s out of the way it will be faster.
The young ladies who worked were friendly and polite.. my food was fresh, and the store was clean.
