Walked in during a dinner rush, drive thru was packed. Manager took my order and you can tell when talking to everyone in the kitchen everyone was having fun and not slipping up when it came to work. I travel all over the state for work and been to more then a couple dozen different BK... I WISH more were like this location. Always a pleasure. Everyone was awesome and food was ???? ????
The managers are absolutely horrible and can’t listen to a single order and get it right. They rush everything out. They can’t simply put ketchup and cheese on a burger. Instead, they give me no cheese no ketchup and extra of everything else. I mean I know it’s a dumb thing to complain about, but it has happened Multiple times over something so simple.
The fries were hot and the burger actually almost looked like the picture. However the lady working in the back talking so loud, swearing every word absolutely ruined the meal for me. Talk about lack of professionalism. Continued complaining about the conditiin of the bathroom instead of cleaning it. Glad my kids were not with me.
Won't be back.
6\05\2021 update - the store from the outside really needs to be updated. The drive through ordering menu is broken and has been for a while now. We were online for 40 minutes in the drive thru. I think the management really needs to rethink the logistics. ×××Went in for some fast dinner. Ordered a Whopper and a cheese burger. Food was good. Bathrooms were clean. Was a little upset to see that the 2 for $6 was not offered to me when a Whopper is $6 all by itself. I would of ordered the 2 Whoppers and I would of saved money. Over all the experience was ok and would recommend to everyone A+++
I've lived here for 5 years and literally go out of my way NOT TO GO HERE.
Been there maybe 6 times and if they didn't forget something on the order, they forget to put it in the bag.
I was lucky tonight and checked the bag before leaving the parking lot, but had to wait in line again for 3 cars to get my missing food.
I rarely give bad reviews, I just skip the process, but for crying out loud... EVERY TIME I GO THERE!!!
I will continue to drive passed this location and travel an additional 3 miles to the McDonald's. Yes I'd rather drive 6 miles in total than go to this Burger King.

Pics attached shows the messed up order tonight and they forgot my daughter's nuggets...
(Asked to add ketchup, they placed it on the bag, but never added the ketchup)
Always a long wait and if they don't forget somthing they'll mess it up got a large order of onion rings and they put fries on the bottom of the cup roughly a quarter was French fries in the picture I included I took half of the fries out thinking they must have more under these fries but nop just more fries
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Burger King, and I feel compelled to write a glowing review for the exceptional service provided by the manager. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that truly set the tone for my entire experience.
The manager, whose name is Cody, went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable and memorable. He exhibited a remarkable level of attentiveness and dedication to both the customers and his team. 10/10 would return just for him!
Woman came over the speaker and promptly shouted “pull up to the next window” after not allowing us to complete our order. following me telling her that we were not done she yelled at me that i had an attitude and there was no need to be rude. poor customer service.
