This place has done a 180 from a couple years ago or even a year ago. Dean location is extremely clean they have employees that actually want to be there but it seems and their helpful courteous and I did not have to wait to get my order. I actually have pictures to prove how to clean the restaurant was. I'm actually happy for everybody involved and myself because I did not think Burger King in the greater baton rouge market whatever earn my business back yet what they have at least the exactly location has definitely done it.... My wife actually went back for lunch after breakfast this morning. That's never happened for us. Anyway... Congrats to the workers today. All was above and beyond what I expected. Okay, , I was curious to see if it was just a fluke in the location just looked great for a fast food restaurant especially considering how the Burger King locations looked just last year 6 months ago whatever.... But I'm adding pictures from today and I have to say that it seems the management and the crew have really got their stuff together... But that's something you have a judge for yourself..

I’ve ordered several times from there for them to take almost an hour

to make 4 mozzarella sticks. There food is mediocre at best I can get better burgers at a jets food mart. If you’re looking for food for your lunch break I don’t recommend this Burger King.

Order 5 orders of breadstucks. Not one syrup in bag. Grouchy, mean, disrespectful manager. Did not offer to help at all. Only concern was blame-sharng.

I just came to get some food for me and my dad, $16 for a double bacon cheese burger combo with 8 spicy nuggets and 4 mozzerlla sticks. All I got was the drink, a burger which definetly wasn't mine, and the mozzerlla sticks. Come on guys

I finally tried the Impossible Whopper! I love the smoky flavor. It's almost impossible to tell the difference between this and the beef whopper.

There is a reason this location has so many 1 star ratings. It’s not just bad attitude from workers, but this food is going to kill someone. From undercooked, to cold and left out for who knows how long and probably nothing cleaned, we are done ever going there. They need to do a complete overhaul to ever get this place on track. Even when I burn dinner, I’ll go hungry rather than stop here. The Denham location is way better, like a complete difference.

On the night of, Aug. 15th, approximately 8:20 pm, I decided to stop at this BK location believing that the service was great....that night it wasn't. I went inside to order and never was acknowledged that I was a paying customer that was hungry for BK products. The manager the young lady alongside her never said we're be with you, or can you (I) hold on we're be right with as soon as possible. I waited 15 minutes while they continously ignored me and, another customer. The drive thru was their main concern I'm guessing. This is the 2nd occurrence at this location involving the night crew. 1st occurrence was the manager said she was the only one working and the full menu wasn't available to order from. Don't come to work if your customer service skills SUCKS! or the workers should be where waiting customers are.

Don’t ever bother going here ……3 days straight at different times. They are guaranteed to have shift change in progress with a 20-25 minute wait, all while sitting in the lobby on Facebook.
