The food and service don't even deserve 1 star it was so bad I had a order of chicken fries n I saw them put them in fryer but the grease looked so nasty from where I could see it was bad I got sick. The thing that really got me is I wanted a piece of bacon to give to my dog so they gave me 1 but it was so greasy n nasty my dog got sick. Never eating there again and to all people if u eat there and you have to wait ask yourself 1 ? B4 u go again is it worth getting sick if u have to wait shouldn't it be hot n fresh not cold n nasty what was the point of haven you wait.
Went through the drive thru and waited 3-5 minutes for someone to take my order. Got my food super quick which is nice. It would’ve been great if the food was hot fresh and tasted as it should’ve. Not coming here again. Sun Prairies location is better.
Place was clean service was great only thing is they forgot to put straws in our bags cuz we went thru drive thru but other than that everything else was good ????
I mean, it's a BK... Expecting world class service from any of these joints is a very unrealistic expectation. This place has definitely gone down hill though and my realistic expectation is that it will be shut down very soon. Ordered a double cheeseburger and it came with only 1 slice of cheese. It was like they a had a cheeseburger ready and just threw an extra patty on it. Checked the company for official pics and it's advertised with 2 pieces of cheese. Called the Columbus BK and some girl assured me a double cheese burger only comes with 1 slice of cheese. I don't think that's right... If you can't get a simple burger down I don't think you'll be seeing BK in Columbus much longer. Expedite the process and don't bother stopping.
One of the BK's around me yet that has great tasting food! Short-handed staff were great though!
Very nice inside. Clean. Spacious seating and a big screen tv. Our food was prepared perfectly and it was delicious!
The burger was adequate but onion rings were mostly breaded and not much flavors!
Just shows how far Burger King has fallen when they don't even have burgers already cooked. Not to mention the fries tasting old/like old fryer oil. It was about 5:30 when I stopped through and it wasn't busy at all. None of the employees had any ounce of "joy" to their voice. Was also told how there was no root beer for drive thru. I remember when I used to work there, we went to the lobby to get the root beer, which they had to do anyway since they parked me and the one car that came after me. When the cashier opened the window, they just put their hand out and didn't say anything. Just felt unwanted and unappreciated the whole time. Would much rather get McDonalds again, even when I'm sick of having McDonalds. They at least have some enthusiasm.
