Went through drive up. This our go to Burger King. So, ordering is quick and is always accurate. Service is quick. Staff is usually friendly. Depending on the time of the day. We always have a great experience here. The quality of the food is great. I guess I can say the Quality and service depends on the time and worker. So, until I have a bad experience this will always be the place I go to have it the way I want it!
You get what you pay for, know that. It's not quality food but fixes the hunger feeling. Fast food is for those moments of okay let's try it and this was just one of those times. Strangely the tot coins had better flavor than the sandwich and the grease wasn't sitting all over every bite. The coins were way tastier. Coffee was watered down. Sandwich didn't have the right taste or consistency that I remember? Not filling.
I placed an order through the drive thru and had ordered two of the Hershey cream pies. While ordering I was interrupted several times to see if my order was complete. When I got to the window the guy only gave me one pie so I informed him that I had ordered two to which he said I was wrong and that I only paid for one. I checked the receipt and I was only charged for one so I ask if he can charge me for another because that was the reason I had even came to BK. He ran my card and grabbed me the pie, was super rude about the situation and I ended up with a moldy pie and a horrible experience- I believe the photo speaks for its self; 10/10 do NOT recommend this location.
Just went thru the drive thru, paid $5.69 for a whopper Junior and a small coke. This is the smallest whopper Junior that I have ever seen in my life. 1 slice of old onion 1 pickle, and 4 slivers of lettuce. And if course how funny Everytime you pay cash they never give you a receipt. I will never go back to this Burger King. I remember not too long ago that you could get 2 whoppers for $5.00. now you can't even get a whopper Junior and a small coke for $5.00.
Out of hand Burger King. Must be nice to be rolling in the money all day long.
Went to this location today and order the chicken fries. When I got back home to eat them, they were OLD and GROSS and tasted like rubber bands fried in grease! I tried to file a complaint online to no avail as burger king has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE and their website DOES NOT WORK. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!
Very unhappy, just left there on my way to an appointment, I ordered the new candied bacon whopper meal, with NO ONIONS it comes with those stupid onion crisps. Needless to say it had about 10,000 of them on there, no way to get them all off, the poured all over my freshly vacuumed truck. Not happy at all. Idiots working there. How simple is it to make a sandwich the way someone orders it???? That's the 3rd time this particular place has done so to me. Will not be back.
Went through the drive-thru to buy my food. I parked because I needed the bathroom. went inside and asked if they could open the bathroom the man there told me that the bathroom is only for paying customers and was really rude. with a huge attitude he decided to open up the bathroom and told me next time it's for paying customers only. This will be the only time I ever visit this Burger King. The door lock to the stall in the bathroom is broken fix it ????
Great Burger King visit today (April 18, 2024). Quiet and friendly. Good food and quick service.
