Would have given “0” stars if I could have
Went in & yes they were busy. I understand busy but when the older lady who appeared to be the manager cant even turn around & say “I will be right with you”. They were so worried about the damn drive thru the in store customers didnt matter to them. I waited patiently for 5 minutes without ANY KIND OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT….People were lining up behind me…Not one person was waiting on actual in store folks. I will never go back to that store. My local store in Windsor is wonderful. This store needs INTENSE training about customer service.
Same old !Everyone knows this food is beyond disgusting . Worst BK in hampton roads !My Whopper is cold The cheese is not melted !The bun is so stale the top is coming off .Check out the picture. GROSS !!
The food I ordered from the drive through was thrown together real sloppy. I wish I had taken a photo of my cold burger and large 1/2 empty container of fries that I received.
Went there with my parents went into the lobby to order and eat stood at the register waiting for 15 min with my mother and disabled father. Was told be right with you. Meanwhile the other cashier is taking drive through orders and the cashier working the front only wants to pack for drive through and not take our order. Eventually we went through the drive thru and when got to the speaker to order was told again we will be right with you. In total I waited 40 min. Before my order was taken and recieved my food. I was surprised because I know the manager that runs the store and she runs a tight ship I know I used to work for her at another Burger King. I have never had such bad service from this store before nor had bad service till the other day. Before anything is said yes they were fully staffed that day and no they weren't that busy either maybe three cars in drive thru no one in lobby. Will continue to go because I know it's not a normal habit but today was ridiculous
So the only drink options are bottle water or orange juice sweet and unsweetened tea which mean your drink machine down she says no that's what we have to get rid of
Food is alright, but I wouldn’t recommend going in the afternoon because the night shift workers are trying to catch somebody’s hands. They make rude remarks about their customers when the window is shut.
What can I say it's a Burger King. No inside dining and I'm on my motorcycle so curb dining it is.
The facility is clean and the staff is helpful. I received my meal in a timely manner. Yes I would go back to this BK.
Terrible requiring order on a big screen. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. We quit and walked away.
